The "Calming Heat" Version (USB + AC) If the box says "Calming Heat" or mentions a 9-foot cord, it is the USB version. The Cord: It has a built-in USB cable. Power Source: It includes a USB wall adapter (the AC plug), which is why some descriptions say AC. However, because it is USB-based, you can also plug it into a portable power bank to walk around the house. 2. The Standard "Heated Massager" Version (AC Only) If the box just says "Heated Neck and Shoulder Massager" (Model 1014945 or similar), it is usually AC only. The Cord: It uses a traditional barrel-style power jack. Power Source: It must be plugged into a standard wall outlet using the included AC adapter to function. I expected the heat to be stronger and it to emanate in the front too . It only massages the back and not the shoulders .

Works wonders

A giant heating pad.

Even with the snaps and belt secured, this just doesn’t have a tight enough connection to my shoulders or neck to really do very much. While it is comfortable to wear, and definitely works as a heating element, it doesn’t do much in the way of massaging the area. I would say this is more like a very fancy heating pad than anything else.

It has adjustable heat levels and 5 massage modes. I use this every night and also had a 30 minute timer setting that has auto shut off because sometimes it will put you to sleep.

Great for loosening up some tightness!

Relaxing

Not as great as I’d hoped

I already have a heated neck wrap, so the massage was something I was looking forward to. Unfortunately, I found it to be loud and uncomfortable, without many options to change up the massage. The heat was nice but the massage part was a let down, unfortunately.

Very Nice & Effective - Could Be Warmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending all day on Saturday and Sundays hunched over a laptop working on homework, my husband will usually plus this wrap in and wear it in the evenings during our downtime. He says it’s comfortable, adjustable, relaxing, and finds it effective to loosen the tension in the back on his neck. He does wish this wrap would get a tad warmer like a heating pad would, but overall thinks it’s a great product and uses it just about every weekend.

It covers the lower part of your neck, your shoulders, and a great deal of your back, providing multiple levels of heat. The massage feels decent, but only comes from one central location and is a bit loud. It is really only a slight vibrate, rather than a significant vibration or massage. The heat and coverage will bring much use to the product, but they weren’t five stars only because of the massage.

Minor relief

Vibrating massage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wearable wrap has different vibrating modes to massage. There’s another button for making the wrap heated as well which is nice. It’s made of nice soft material, that seems very well made. I’d prefer more of a rolling type of massage wrap rather than vibrations but it does what it says. I’m also not a big fan of the way it touches my neck/throat area, kind of feels like a choking hold around my throat. But it would make a nice gift to someone who loves a vibrating heating wrap who doesn’t mind things around their throat.

It had a built in timer so if you happen to doze off while using it, you’re covered. There 5 are different modes of vibration and I say vibration rather than massage because there is no rollers for it to be a massager. That part was a little disappointing but the heating part does work well. The size is nice and big so it covers your whole back.

It doesn’t massage your shoulders or your neck so that part is a little misleading. It’s more of a vibrating pad. Sure, it feels good but I thought I was getting a neck massager and that’s where it falls short.

The massager balls are painful if you lean back on anything. Even not sitting back still doesn’t feel great. This could be a good product if they made major improvements. The idea of it is great.

Soft and comfortable

Material against body is soft and nice like a microfiber. Heats well, vibrates well. I’m personally not a huge fan of vibration because it makes my back itch, but this one was one of the better vibration massagers. The buttons are not clear on high, low settings.
