    Game Changer

    I’ve been using this shampoo for a few years. Prior to that I struggled to find a clarifying shampoo that was both effective and reasonably priced. Raw Sugar is now my gold standard. It leaves my hair feeling clean but not dry. It’s also color safe. I use it weekly. On other days I use the Scalp Restore shampoo. They work well together. The price is great as well!

    I understand that this is a clarifying shampoo, but when washing my hair, it makes it feel so dry like straw - so dry that I don’t feel I’m getting a good clean. I had to excessively condition. Wouldn’t recommend. I love raw sugar’s body washes, but this shampoo is not it.

    Hair doesn't feel clean after use

    I bought this because it's a good brand and I needed a clarifying shampoo. Unfortunately my hair does not feel clean after using this. I really hope it would clean the product residue out of my hair but it doesn't seem to. It doesn't smell great either. I will go back to the salon clarifying shampoo I was using .

    Horrible, Hair feels like straw

    It gets hard to actually wash my hair because it makes my hair feel like straw and stick to my hands while I try to scrub my scalp. It really doesn't feel good on my scalp or hair and leaves my scalp feeling unclean. Thankfully, it doesn't feel so straw like after putting conditioner (which isn't a raw sugar brand), but that doesn't take away from the fact that other shampoo doesn't do this to my hair. Definitely will not repurchase, and I do not recommend it.

    Feel like I cant get a good clean..

    I wish it emulsified but it doesn’t much. I can’t seem to get a super great clean with this shampoo, which is crazy because it’s supposed to be a clarifying shampoo and I don’t even have very oily hair. It’s ok but you’ll need to double cleanse.
