Taste like plastic
While these are helpful for sleep…. They taste absolutely awful. They taste like the plastic container they come in! Definitely not worth the price just based off the taste alone. Olly has the same product with a much better flavor.

I normally buy the women’s version of this product which I like a lot. My Target was unfortunately out of stock so I bought these instead, thinking they would be very similar just a bit less strong. Boy was I wrong! The taste of these is HORRIBLE!!! Tastes like melted plastic and the taste lingers for a long time. My husband also tried and concurred. We threw the whole thing away. Will only buy the womens version going forward, which I really enjoy both the flavor and the ingredients/effectiveness.

My new teen
My son just turned 13 so my baby is now a teenager. He has a really hard time falling asleep. Staying up till 12:00 am staying up till 12 o'clock sometimes. Which really affects him the next day to get up for school. He's like a zombie. He started taking nighttime reset magnesium for teens a couple months ago. And I have seen an improvement already. He actually wants to go to bed now. And he's staying asleep through the night.

It's been about three weeks and three days ago I started feeling fantastic!I still have a little brain fog, but I'm happier than I've been in a while. I know that sounds silly, but it's true..I also don't have to take a nap at two or 3 PM.I'm hoping the results continue. It's amazing.,

Excellent vitamins

I like that it targets teens specific needs as they are growing and their diets might not provide them with all the vitamins and nutrients they require.
