First time taking creatine but no complaints
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first creatine supplement, so I can’t compare it to others or speak much as to whether it’s “working”, but the powder mixes in easily with water and has no taste to it. If I don’t drink it right away I have to give it another mix part of the way through as some of it settles, but I’ve noticed that with other drink powders as well

I added mine to warm water, stirred it up, waited a bit, stirred it some more then drank it. I didn't taste anything. I was concerned or would feel gritty but it wasn't . I did notice after a while there was grit that settled to the bottom of my cup. I had no digestive issues after using this product either. I think for affordably and does what it should this brand is great.

It mixes very well with water and has no taste so it’s very easy to get down which I appreciate. I also trust this product since it’s from a reputable brand which also makes a difference. Here’s what I like about it: it mixes well- no chunks or pockets of powder. It’s pretty tasteless which is a perk so you can mix it in anything. The smell isn’t offensive actually I hardly smell anything at all. Would I repurchase? Maybe. I’m not a heavy workout person so I’m probably not the target audience. But if I was in the market for creatinine I’d probably choose this one.

In order to supplement our regular protein intake, combined with an ability to be able to lift more and perform better. This is one of those products that helps you to achieve all your needed health goals. It does not have side effects. It taste fairly bland doesn’t have any taste at all in fact, it would be better if it had some kind of taste to it. No side effects no nothing texture wise. It’s OK.

The can includes simple instructions, which easy to follow. However, the experience was not pleasant. The powder did not fully dissolve and left noticeable gritty particles, which made the texture uncomfortable to drink. Another issue was the taste. Although the product was marked as unflavored, it was a distinctly bitter aftertaste that was difficult to tolerate. It made the drink quite unpleasant. Since it was my first experience with creatine, I couldn’t compare with another brands. So I decided to use this powder with smoothies. In this case, fruits masked the bitter taste and texture. I used powder couple weeks and noticed that my body feels better after physical exercise and more quickly recovered.

The taste is pretty mild and easy to hide in other drinks (I’ve been mostly adding to coffee). You do have to really give it a stir to dissolve but I think that’s to be expected. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today I am reviewing Creatine Monohydrate powder by the supplement brand 'Nature Made'. The dosage is 5 grams of creatine in each serving/scoop. I opened it up and pulled the plastic scoop out. It was covered in powder so I had to wipe it off before scooping out my dose. That wasn't a big deal though. I like that this product is the micronized form of Creatine Monohydrate. It mixes into liquid very easily. I mixed it into a small cup of apple juice. The powder instantly dissolved into the juice. I gave it a small stir and quickly drank it. It just tasted like the apple juice itself. No funny taste at all. This is definitely quality creatine. I'm looking forward to some great workouts and awesome results as I continue to take this stuff. It's an all around quality product. I am satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t speak to the effectiveness of it because I think that is tough to measure, however, I do believe there are positive effects. My review is on taste and texture. It is easy to scoop, but DOES NOT dissolve fully in a glass of water. I would stir for awhile and even tried an electric frother, but there is still quite a bit of powder which does not dissolve and settles to the bottom of the glass. It is also not completely tasteless. It is slightly bitter but not so much that I can’t get through a glass.

My first impression of Nature made Creatine was using cold milk. This resulted in a gritty texture and it didn't dissolve well. It worked much better in a smoothie or with water. The recommendation is to put it in a warm drink to help it dissolve. I will try it in coffee. There is no taste, but overall I like the product. Price is reasonable, and it doesn't give me any stomach issues or side effects.

This creatine powder has been great for the extra boost I need both mentally and physically. I drink it typically before working out and I have noticed not only am I less sore working out but I am able to focus much better through the day. I noticed I also tend to feel more hydrated when I have my creatine. I typically drink it quick with water as it doesn’t have much taste. If the taste bothers me I just add a few drops of drink concentrates or I add it to my protein drink. I like that it is cleaner more pure ingredients along with being gluten free and preservative free.
