I ended up buying a new dispenser because I didn't trust that the water was being filtered after the filters changed to their current design. I contacted the company and they were no help--just told me to line up the groove to the filter, but the entire filter was popping out of place (I'd see it floating minutes after I filled up), so I'd say the new filter design is no longer compatible with older dispensers. After getting a new dispenser, I can see a big difference in the way the filter creates a seal. I think the company should stop saying that the filters are compatible with all filters and dispensers.

A: Yes. I have an Up & Up 7 cup pitcher that I purchased 3/2020. I just purchased the 4 pack of Brita filters today 5/2020, They fit better than the Up & Up in my opinion and are a lot easier to remove. You just push the filter firmly down into the hole and it's a very snug fit.
