I couldn’t be happier

I couldn’t be happier. The CM5418 very easy to use. It is easy to clean. It makes a wonderful cup of espresso. I have wanted an espresso maker for a very long time, and this was a really reasonable price and a high-quality product. I’m very very happy with it.

Overhyped , very average espresso maker.

Does not make great espresso. Very low cream top. I tried different settings & size grounds & measurements, but it’s just a very average coffee machine. The pressure indicator moves to minimum & no more.

Just what I wanted!

This is an easy to use machine, basic, straightforward. I love my daily cappuccino and with my Casabrew, I can have one every day. No additional money spent at cafes or more trash in my trash can! I love it!

Waste of time and money.

Wasted 2hrs reading directions & watching videos. Could not get it to work. Returned only a few hours after purchasing it. Automatic espresso machines are way more expensive, but now I understand why.

Blown away with how simple to make great espresso

I had serious doubts about whether it was going to be possible to make really good espresso at home. I have previously owned one of those coffee makers with the integrated espresso function and milk frother and it was useless. I watched the online video where the guy suggested running a one-cup shot with just water to warm everything up before you actually do your espresso. That and the temperature guage did the trick. The machine is easy to run, uncomplicated, and the crema on the espresso is wonderful. We are now having the best espresso martinis and affogato desserts ever. We haven't actually used the milk frother yet, but even if it weren't very good (and based on everything else it is going to be great, I'm sure), we would still be more than delighted that we chose this model. So inexpensive compared to others on the market and yet well built and solid feeling.

Perfect size for apartment kitchens

I live in a smaller apartment and the compact size fits perfectly on my counter. It doesn’t take up much space but still makes great espresso every day.

First Ever Espresso Machine

As someone new to espresso, I found the CM5418™ very beginner-friendly. The instructions were clear, and I was able to pull a good shot after just a couple tries. The design is compact, and the frother is a nice bonus. Definitely a great choice for anyone starting out with home espresso.

Steam wand makes milk drinks easy

The steam wand works better than I expected and makes it easy to prepare lattes and cappuccinos at home. The milk texture comes out smooth and really improves the overall flavor of my coffee.

Highly recommend

I had concerns buying an entry level machine and expecting too much but this Casabrews is worth every penny. Of note: don’t be in a rush; allow the machine to warm up (lights flashing) especially when switching from steaming/frothing to brewing. I am still trailing grind size for the perfect espresso but so far am pleased with a well packed puck and no bitterness. There are more than enough BARS to create an elite crema.
