Disappointed it broke so quickly
This didn’t hold up a full year. I only used it a few times and already the temperature knob has broken off and I can hear something rattling around inside the plastic casing. Disappointed that I wasted money on something that wouldn’t last a year.

Broken Knob
This was my first Crock Pot. It worked great for a few months. Today i was getting ready to make dinner and the knob broke. Something on the inside and there’s no way to take it apart to fix it. I’m really upset about this. I guess i’ll be buying a digital one somewhere else.

Lid is too small. Unacceptable design flaw.
The lid is too small for the crock, and it also rocks back and forth. This is an unacceptable oversight, and Crock-Pot should be ashamed of mass-producing something with an obvious design flaw. Their name is supposed to lead the industry, but it's clear they care more about profits than quality. I will be returning this item.
