It's my go-to when I want to cook up an easy batch of chicken drumsticks. Lid is too small. Unacceptable design flaw.
The lid is too small for the crock, and it also rocks back and forth. This is an unacceptable oversight, and Crock-Pot should be ashamed of mass-producing something with an obvious design flaw. Their name is supposed to lead the industry, but it's clear they care more about profits than quality. I will be returning this item.

This is a gift. I like this 4.5 qt. for 2 people and limited storage it works. You could leave it out as well with the beautiful color. Removable crock for easy cleaning. Not the machines fault
I had to give it one star and it doesn’t deserve that. The clerk gave me a box for my pick up order that was clearly damaged and would not give me another one sent inside was not damaged. It was. Went back exchange it for a new one. That one didn’t really heat up very well. When the clerk did the exchange to save time, she put it on a gift card and then charged a gift card for my exchange. When I return this because it wasn’t working because it was on a gift card, I had to get a gift card back just a mess.
