The first one lasted many years. Love the counter appearance, and the timer capability. A great addition to to our other Cuisinart appliances.

We purchased this one for a second apartment we own. It’s full of features including auto on, variable heat plate temperature and heat plate time. Also, replaceable charcoal water filter.

I trust the Cuisinart name. When our (other brand) drip coffee maker died after only three years, I wanted to be sure to purchase a product with a reputable name with a good warranty to back it. This coffee maker was so well-reviewed and comes with a 3-year warranty. The coffee maker at my husband's office is a Cuisinart, and he told me that their machine has worked extremely well for many years. We are not disappointed! This coffee maker makes excellent coffee in a timely manner, and all of the features work just as they should, and all of this for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple and easy to use coffee maker. Only concerns are that the carafe is made of glass and the lid does not have a hinge. It simply snaps on the carafe.

The coffee maker was 4 years old and one year out of warranty when it died. When I called I was offered a 20% discount which i could get anywhere on sale. This was a quality coffee maker, and should have had a much longer life. Very dissatisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several years ago...we defected and went the K-Cup route. Convenient yes. Cost effective...not so much...but convenience won out. Four different versions of a K-Cup machine later...and our most recent purchase was of a version that allowed a single cup brew or an entire pot. A little over one year of use...and it would shut down barely two weeks after a descale process...and that is with using filtered water to begin with. We decided to go back to the "old-fashioned" drip machine...and that's how we came to purchase or Cuisinart...and we haven't regretted it for a moment. LOVE the 3 different heat settings and the ability to program a brew start time. For our use...old-fashioned suits us best and we love our new Cuisinart!

This was a replacement for one that six years old. It broke the day after we bought it

Very disappointed in my new coffee maker. Coffee overflows the spout every time and spills unless you pour VERY slowly. Water spills when filling the tank, and coffee spills when filling a cup. Bought this several weeks ago to replace a years-old 12 cup Quisinart drip coffee maker. The older machine lid opened more than 90°. The new machine lid only opens straight up which makes it harder to fill water than the old one.

The coffee maker is easy to use, brews flavourful coffee and easy to keep clean
