Each bladder leakage pad comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and are unscented. For light bladder leaks like drips and dribbles, use Depend Incontinence Shields for Men. This item was very badly packaged. The items inside the box were stuck to the tape that sealed the package, and the box itself was damaged. Hopefully the contents are in good condition. I wouldn’t recommend this supplier.

I was worried about just the feeling of the pad but after a bit you really don’t even notice or feel it. I was also worried that it may look bulky in my pants like a cup, but its very discreet and unnoticeable. It also absorbs very well and is great on the odor control! These definitely serve their purpose.

These are perfect for someone that is elderly or someone that is bedridden or even just having trouble with urine incontinence. They are very durable yet comfortable. My husband even wore them to a concert which he didn’t want to miss a second of the show- he said that they held up perfect in the mosh pit, getting thrown around and throwing others around without any leaks through!
