Ember Mug² Temperature Control Smart Mug 6oz

Love the look of this. My biggest problem why make it so small if only it was just a little bit bigger 250ml why dose need be so small i know you make cups this not what I was after also as it only halted teaspoospoon of liquid it's sometimes says it empty just make it slight bigger

I was excited when I saw that a smaller cup was being released, since I was looking for a way to keep my Espresso hot for a longer enjoyment. I already own an ember mug and am mostly satisfied with it with some caveats I assumed would be fixed with a new product. Sadly this cup has been a big disappointment for me. My main issue is the reliability of the heating functionality. For some reason I can never be sure that the heating functionality turns on when I fill it up. The feedback & interaction that the mug provides with its one LED and the button is just not sufficient to figure out and control what is going on. This would not be a major issue if you could just use the app to control the mug. But the bluetooth connection is terrible. I have to re-pair the mug every time I use it, which makes the app completely useless for day-to-day use. The bt issues have persisted since I got the cup and have been reported by many users. There has not been a firmware or software update to address this in over a year and going by my experience with the Ember Mug it's also a gamble if the firmware update can even be installed successfully if it is released. These usability issues have been so frustrating that my use of the device has declined to the point where I haven't used it in months. Great idea & cool design but terrible usability and user support from the company. Would not recommend

I bought the 6 oz cup to keep my strong coffee hot but discovered this is the only size with no lid. What’s up with that? All sizes should have a lid.

I like the Ember cups. I have two - 14 oz and one - 10 oz over 2 years. They work.

Double the size and maybe… I dont need to keep 6oz hot… I need 12 - 16 oz for lattes

Received this cup as a gift and can’t express how satisfied I am with it. I make a big pot of tea every morning and have always had to microwave the last 4 cups throughout the day. This cup is amazing and keeps my tea at a constant 137 degrees for hours. Well worth the price. This cup works as advertised.

Love it. Wish the battery lasted a smidge longer, but it is a great product and does everything it promises to. And it looks super cute on my desk.

I received this as a Christmas gift love the fact it keeps coffee hot but it only holds 8 oz and the handle to hold it is extremely uncomfortable very very hard and edgy needs cushion of some sort

Just got the copper version for Christmas. Love it! I start my day with a cappuccino. With my old Ember mug, it would shut off early, as it would not sense the foamy cappuccino when the cup wasn’t near full. The new 6 oz cup is the perfect size for cappuccino and the copper version seems to sense the liquid all the way until empty. Not sure if it’s the copper construction, or if the circuitry was improved, but it works great! Also looks cool. Also hope that the copper will last longer than the black cup that I was using. The finish on the inside bottom of the black cup began to peel up after about 2 years of use.

I had no idea there was an Ember espresso cup!! SO glad I discovered it, what a lovely addition to my morning. Now I can leisurely enjoy my morning espresso and it stays warm!

Cup won’t stay warm and keeps showing it’s empty. It literally never works and is a huge source of frustration. This is my third Ember mug, so I know how to use it.

Liked it totally. Stopped working in first year. Need support not YouTube videos!

My daughter bought me this for my birthday. Been absolutely brilliant. Love it. My coffee never gets cold. Plus it doesn’t taste stewed.

This is my second Ember purchase, the first being the mug years ago. Once you own an Ember product, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without one!

This cup doesn't have a handle! It holds about 2 sips! It was a bummer birthday gift!
