It worked for over a year and kept up with the cleaning of it. However, this last month I did the cleaning process of it and when I turned it on the word “descale” stayed lit up even though I did the whole process. Then this morning I went to make a cup of coffee and it made a noise like it was getting ready to brew and then just shut off and had a burning smell when I lifted the handle up. It sucks because it was the perfect size for me and my kitchen but I probably won’t buy it again.

The machine was defected and failed in 2wks. First it brew lukewarm coffee, then after like 8 pods it completely stoped working.

I bought this and it worked great until a month after I purchased it. I stopped using it for a week, and the next time I attempted to use it, the coffee wouldn't brew. I tried brewing a cup two more times before I started to smell burning plastic and I unplugged the machine. I left it unplugged all day, and came home and the machine didn't turn on. The machine was great when it worked, but I'm disappointed that it burned out so quickly.

Thankful to report that Keurig stood by their product and replaced my 9mo coffee maker without too much hassle. They did initially deny my claim with some generic email, but after resubmitting with a different picture of receipt, it went through and was shipped out within a couple days. New one is working just fine.

This Kuerig is so temperamental. The last one I had stopped working and this one I’ve had for about three weeks(sent to me free by the company) also stopped working. So, I looked it up on YouTube and found out how to fix it. It involved taking the machine apart and several tools…do not recommend. The machine is working now but for how long???
