Died after 3 months of once daily use
I loved this at first. Super fast and simple but unfortunately it is made to be disposable. I see I'm not the only one who had theirs die after only 3 months or so. I only used it to make one black coffee a day, pretty pathetic.

I do not recommend
I bought this Keurig September 2024 it completely stopped working. When I plug it in there is no light or anything that comes on. I tried plugging it into different outlets just to be sure and it still does not work.

I’m so happy to have gotten this Keurig machine because my other one broke! This machine is more on the longer side vs other machines I owned but I like it! With it being longer I have more room on the side for my coffee accessories and mugs! I like how the water dispenser is on the back of it. The machine has the ability to make hot and cold coffee which is great! It’s a great value for the money and I would recommend you get one if your looks for a simple machine to use that makes one or the other coffee you enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice machine that works quickly and quietly. The set up is super easy and it is very compact. The brew comes out pretty strong and dark. I appreciate that the machine will blink and notify you when you need more water for the next brew. There is also a light to tell you when you need to descale. What I don’t like is that the water reserve is hard to take out. It does look easy to clean though. I also don’t like that the machine is made solely out of plastic for the price. It looks cheep and like it can break easily. The lever does stay slightly ajar when there is a pod in. I would want it to at least have some sort or steel/metal or different material.

Decent, Affordable Iced Coffee Maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that this was a decent, affordable option to make iced coffee. It’s easy to use and generally pretty quiet, which is a great feature. In the past, I’ve tried a few different types of “iced” coffee makers and the result is that they’re usually watery. I feel like this one performs better if you brew on the smallest cup setting. If you’re not an “iced coffee person” this can also brew a nice hot cup.

Negative stars if that was an option. Lasted 4 whole months. We bought a Keurig years ago and that one did not last long either. Purchasing this one was a second chance. Lesson learned to spend my money on better brands that make quality products. This brand sucks and is not worth buying.

Efficient and easy to use

My boyfriend is the coffee drinker in the house and loves that he can make hot coffee one day and ice coffee the next day flawlessly! I personally am a tea drinker and I use this also with my green tea pods. If you have a larger mug or cup you can even remove the bottom piece to acquire more room. The machine takes apart very easily for clean up as well. I see us using this Keurig for a long time, nicely made.

It’s very easy to clean, and the removable water tank makes refilling simple. It brews fast — my coffee is ready in under a minute. The hot coffee could be a little hotter, but the iced setting works perfectly. It feels solid and well made, and the design looks great on the counter.

not like it used to be
I had the older version of this Keurig for 3 years and it was great. It was used it at least 3x a day by the whole family. Bought this to replace it and it made it 11 days before the brew button got stuck and has now rendered the machine useless. junk and cheap feeling compared to my old one.

Cute and compact but unreliable and not long-lasting
Pros: The matte warm white color is adorable and blends in perfectly with our kitchen. The size is compact. Removable water reservoir is a plus. Our household appreciated the different brew sizes. Cons: We got only 6 months of reliable use from the machine. For the past couple months, it’s had moments of spurting and steaming - almost like it’s preparing to brew but then is unsuccessful. Today, I unplugged it and replugged it… and it never turned back on. Since we’re within the 1-year warranty period, I’ll be seeking a replacement. Wish me luck.

Easy and delicious for on the go mornings!

It is sturdy and a bigger model. But it doesn't take up much space. Seems easy to clean and maintain. Man, the coffee quality is 10x better than.
