Brews fine HOWEVER don't believe the pics on the box, you should not brew into a glass with ice. So if you want that asthetic you need to brew it into a mug then transfer into a glass. It does mention this several times in the manual and in tiny font on the box.

Open box as soon as you get it.
I got this for my wife last Christmas and she just now got a chance to open it. I know it's almost been a year but life gets crazy. Any way she got the box open and its broken. So the time frame to get a replacement has expired and now have $80 coffee make that can not be used or replaced.

Died after 3 months of once daily use
I loved this at first. Super fast and simple but unfortunately it is made to be disposable. I see I'm not the only one who had theirs die after only 3 months or so. I only used it to make one black coffee a day, pretty pathetic.

Iced coffee every day
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have gotten this product, I’ve probably use it every day. There are two brewing options for hot coffee and iced coffee and believe me you don’t need much more than that with this product very easy to refill the water and many flavors out there to choose from. This Machine is wonderful.

I bought this Keurig September 2024 it completely stopped working. When I plug it in there is no light or anything that comes on. I tried plugging it into different outlets just to be sure and it still does not work.

I’m so happy to have gotten this Keurig machine because my other one broke! This machine is more on the longer side vs other machines I owned but I like it! With it being longer I have more room on the side for my coffee accessories and mugs! I like how the water dispenser is on the back of it. The machine has the ability to make hot and cold coffee which is great! It’s a great value for the money and I would recommend you get one if your looks for a simple machine to use that makes one or the other coffee you enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice machine that works quickly and quietly. The set up is super easy and it is very compact. The brew comes out pretty strong and dark. I appreciate that the machine will blink and notify you when you need more water for the next brew. There is also a light to tell you when you need to descale. What I don’t like is that the water reserve is hard to take out. It does look easy to clean though. I also don’t like that the machine is made solely out of plastic for the price. It looks cheep and like it can break easily. The lever does stay slightly ajar when there is a pod in. I would want it to at least have some sort or steel/metal or different material.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that this was a decent, affordable option to make iced coffee. It’s easy to use and generally pretty quiet, which is a great feature. In the past, I’ve tried a few different types of “iced” coffee makers and the result is that they’re usually watery. I feel like this one performs better if you brew on the smallest cup setting. If you’re not an “iced coffee person” this can also brew a nice hot cup.

Negative stars if that was an option. Lasted 4 whole months. We bought a Keurig years ago and that one did not last long either. Purchasing this one was a second chance. Lesson learned to spend my money on better brands that make quality products. This brand sucks and is not worth buying.
