    Disappointed. Looking for new brand of mascara.

    This used to be my go to product for the past 11 years, but this month I have noticed that it is no longer working the way it used to. I used to be able to wear this lash sensational mascara all day with no fallout beneath my eyes, and it always washed out easily in the shower after. Recently bought two new tubes of the blackest black shade and the dark brown shade and both shades are giving me raccoon eye levels of fallout beneath my eyes. I can’t even go a couple of hours before it starts transferring now. I am so disappointed .I will have to look for a new brand of mascara.

    On the hunt for new mascara

    DIFFERENT FORMULA :((

    I have been incredibly loyal to this mascara for the past decade. I always get complimented, and since there's no gatekeeping here, I'd always share what I was using! Unfortunately, I've noticed that since the forumlation change, it transfers and smudges like CRAZY. I'm so glad to see other reviews on here noticing this change too, and I'm devastated that I now have to search for another mascara. Lash sensational (non-waterproof) was ol' reliable, but that no longer stands true. Why "fix" something if it ain't broke? :/

    Why Did They Change It????

    This used to be the most amazing mascara, better than anything three times the price. I’ve been wearing it for years and years. It used to last all day without a smudge or flake. The washable version could even withstand water without a smear! However, the last two tubes I purchased I’ve noticed black smudges under my eyes after about two hours of wear. Why would they change a perfect product??? Now I have to find a new go-to mascara. Sad…

    Formula change :(((

    I have been using this mascara ever since it was released — it was my ride or die! I would recommend it to everyone. In the past couple months they changed the formula. It’s watery, smears all over my eyes and my lashes don’t stay curled anymore. I’m so disappointed! My eyes kinda burn when I remove it now too. I don’t know what to use now, but I guess it’s not lash sensational ugh. Please put the old formula back!!!

    formula was changed

    I have use this mascara since it came out, but now it transferred to my eyelids and its harder to wash it out. I love the old formula , the new formula am not liking it at all. Can you go back to the original formula. Took a while to find a good mascara , now I have to look for another mascara . Even the lip liner are also formula was change they dont stay on and they cracked and gets lumpy

    We’re breaking up

    I have been riding with this mascara for ever!! Probably since it came out. I just purchased a new tube and it was transferring to my eye lids. Which is something it has never done! Even in the Texas heat! I think the formula was changed. So sad! I’ll have to find another mascara.

    Did the formula change?

    This was my absolute favorite mascara… but is it me or did they change the formula? It’s chunky, smears/transfers easily and harder to take off…just doesn’t do what it used to to do for my lashes… very disappointing. Guess I’ll have to find another mascara…

    New formula

    I've been using this mascara for as long as I can remember. I loved everything about it and would constantly recommend it to people. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to find a new favorite because it now transfers to my eyelids throughout the day. After reading other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one having this problem now. I'm assuming the formula has changed. This makes me so sad!
