Presto Cool-Touch Electric Griddle/Warmer Plus Black

Owned this for about 3 months and it was great in the beginning but now everything sticks. i have used Presto for years and was not expecting this. Back to teflon for me, this ceramic stuff is garbage.

I bought this griddle 2 weeks ago and have already made pork chops (twice), eggs and bacon (twice), eggs and sausage (once), and pancakes (twice)! Sooo, it has been used 7 times in 14 days! This is one of the BEST products that I have ever purchased. It is simple to use, not a storage problem for me, and I wash it in no time at all. I did follow the advice "not to put it in the dishwasher" and was shocked to see how easy it is to wash by hand. I absolutely LOVE this griddle and wish I had gotten one a long time ago! Thank you for making such a wonderful and useful product! Kuddos to whomever invented this one!!!

I’ve gotten 10 + years an out of this griddle. (Model 0702306) And I just learned I can still get the parts that have broken from a lot of use, and accidentally dropping it a couple times over the years. Still works amazingly well for its age. I still recommend it to all my friends. If you are considering this griddle; consider no more - JUST GO GET ONE BEFORE THEY DISCONTINUE THEM.

My wife got it for me for Christmas because I always complained about only being able to cook one or two pancakes at a time, and then get cold by the time I was done cooking the rest. Problem solved, this thing is great, super easy to clean huge cooking area. Great product

So delicious and perfect. Easy to clean and heats up quickly too. Temperature is wonderful for this griddle.i would recommend it to otherz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I LOVE the size of this griddle. It helps make weekend breakfasts so easy for big families like mine. The temperature control is easy to use, but the actual cooking surface doesn’t have the best heat distribution. I found I would get some uneven cooking due to hot spots. I’m not sure if that’s how griddles are typically, since this is my first time using one. Once you know where the hot spots are, it’s not too bad. Cleaning is super easy and the grease trap at the bottom help collect excess grease while cooking.

Great unit overall... initially. Uneven heat, like most of the griddles with a similar price point, is an issue. I raise the thermostat gradually to get around that but it shouldn't be necessary. After less than 10 hours of use the element is completely dead. So I have to pay half the price of the original purchase to return Presto's dead product so they can decide to repair or replace? I'm not throwing more good money after bad. Enjoy your profit on that one because it will be the last. You got me once but never again.

The warmer compartment is probably my favorite part about this. But you are able to make pancakes, bacon and eggs all at the same time which is awesome. Cleaning is simple enough since it’s just a flat surface which is much appreciated. I would highly recommend this griddle.

Taking it out of the box, it was lightweight and easy to set up- a plug, heating attachment at the top and you're ready to go. I made pancakes on here and it was great to make a bunch at once versus the two or three I can make in a pan. Easy to clean up as well because you simply unplug and you're ready to wash. The only downside I have is that this takes up a fair amount of space both on the counter and in the cabinets. Wish there was a way to collapse this down for storage purposes. Other than that, I'd recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying an electric girdle. I was excited that the girdle surface was ceramic and non sticky. I tried it to make savory pancakes. Since the surface was way too smooth, I had difficulty bringing a round shape to the pancake batter ok the surface, but other than that, everything else was great. The temperature control was really easy. I was able to quickly increase/decrease heat. The pancakes cooked fast and was easy to flip. Because of the ceramic coating, I used way less oil to cook than usual. But I really enjoyed using the girdle. My next try it to cook some burger patties and sandwiches on it. Didn't get to use the warning tray this time though. Also since it is electric, I can place it anywhere I want, I am not stuck in the kitchen. That would be great for gatherings and parties. If you are looking to add a girdle, check this one out. Very convenient!!

Heated amazing and will be great for fast breakfast with my grandbabies when they come over, there are 8 of them.
