It’s a soft, matte navy blue that can blend out, but do it quickly because once it sets down, it’s down. I can’t speak to the smudger part of the pencil, but the sharpener part is nice since it’s a twist top pencil.

I will also say it is VERY waterproof. I used soap to scrub and man - it’s hard to remove. Great overall product though!

The packaging is simple and easy to throw in a makeup bag, and the pencil glides on without tugging. I do wish the pigmentation was stronger because sometimes I have to go over the line a couple of times to get the intensity I want. On the plus side, it does last pretty well throughout the day without too much smudging. For the price, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a softer eyeliner look, but if you like super bold lines, this might not be enough.

The pigmentation is rich, and once it sets it doesn’t smudge or transfer throughout the day, even on my waterline. This is a fabulous product and I never knew i needed white liner until now. It glides very easily and is also smudge proof. Great value and I will gladly repurchase this. Not so durable as the top popped off after living in my purse for days but no fret, it still works. Simple packing amazing product.
