Q: I love this product and used it for years on my grandson. This is the first with the pump bottle and I can't get the pump top to open. I've tried turning and lifting Iit both ways. Can you help me?

We advise you to try to press down on the pump with your palm and turning counterclockwise with the product facing you. The pump should then pop up. Otherwise, we suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area. We hope this helps.

    Great for Curly Kids

    I use this and the corresponding conditioner for my toddlers and have since they were babies. It's worked great for their hair, helps keep it moisturized, and easy to detangle. The shampoo is not drying at all. They both have tightly curled Type B hair. For reference, their texture is soft and silky, curls are small/medium, and their hair can get easily tangled. I've heard it works great for Type 4 hair as well.

    Great for curly hair!

    I love the smell of this product! It was gentle on my baby's skin, and left her feeling soft after bath time. We've tried a number of cleaners and shampoos for our little one, but this is by far my favorite.

    It works wonders for dry hair.

    A very affordable product that help grow my babies’s hair from fully bold to back linked hair. It’s not advertised as baby proof, but he can’t get into it so that’s a plus for me. Not to mention it smells like a dream, sometimes I use it for myself.

    The best smell

    This was the very first product that I used when I brought my baby home from the hospital to give him his first home bath. It might have been a sink bath, but it felt like a spa experience. He smelled so good, I couldn’t stop smelling his head. We’re almost through our first bottle and will be buying more. So gentle on the skin, so clean, and such a good price

    The best kids wash!

    Changed ingredients

    This was my absolute favorite for my son for the first 2 years of his life. Then this fall it disappeared. Was out of stock EVERYWHERE. I rejoiced when it finally reappeared, but to my disappointment they seem to have changed the ingredients. It smells awful now and is a different, runnier consistency. I’m so sad.
