[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] He loves the taste and these I think have become the new favorite my son has been taking laxatives for a few years now and these have worked the fastest and best as well as don’t taste gross either which is an added bonus.

My five year old took two tablets after not going to the bathroom for over a week. He had to go in 15 minutes. As a stressed out mom, I’m so glad it worked.

worked amazing for my 2.5 year old! took only about 2 hours to kick in on one tablet. would definitely buy again

I’m confused about the dosage- the adult miralax bottle says to give 15 ml for kids 6-12, which is ~500 mg of magnesium oxide. This product, which one pill is 400 mg,, says to give kids 3-6 tablets at one dose?!! That would be like 2x the adult dose..! The discrepancy makes me nervous to use it bc I never know the right amount and too much can cause discomfort and diarrhea. I also wish they clean up the garbage like SUCRALOSE/ but when you have a comstipated kid, you’ll try anything

My 2.5 yr old was constipated for over days. Gave 2 tablets and he was able to poop in 30 mins without any discomfort. Before having this tablet he was also taking pear juice, electrolyte solution and some food rich in fiber. He also took two does of mommy’s bliss baby constipation medicine but it had not helped him so much this time and also in the past. Definitely recommend pedia lax over any other medicine 🎉🎉🤞

My 3 year liked the taste she was able to eat the pills. But the product doesn’t work! Day 2 now and no bowel movement.

My almost 6 yo has chronic constipation issues. We were on day 5 of no poop, and she was in tears she was straining so much. She had 2 of these, 6 oz of apple juice, and 6 oz of water. Right around the 2-hour mark she was able to go, no straining, totally fine after.

They work very good . I like the flavor

My son ate them fine, we said they were candy. He is a very picky eater with a lot of anxiety around food. However they did nothing . He’s three and I gave him three tablets. It’s the following day now and still no movement.

I never leave reviews but this stuff works! 3.5 year old, problems her whole life, going on day 3 with no movement. 90 minutes in she had the biggest one I’ve ever seen. Make sure they drink water with it!

My 3 yo is constipated from antibiotics and we tried all the home remedies. I got these and after reading all the reviews gave her 2 tablets. After 90 minutes she pooped a good sized poop!!

Every kid is most definitely different, but for my almost 3 year old it seemed to work BUT the process for my daughter seemed uncomfortable every time she needed to have a bowl movement as if she was very uncomfortable. Personally I will not be giving it to her again. Giving it a 3 because it could work differently for each kid. Just want to share personal experience

Have a toddler who hasn’t pooped in a few days and is fussy and uncomfortable because of it? I did too. Get your potty, or your pull ups and wipes (and your air freshener) ready. Those pipes will be CLEANED out, my friends. It brought so much fast relief to my little one, even if I’ll spend the next several days compulsively washing my hands convinced I still have poop on them.

Theses did not work in the timeframe on the box. Potty training a toddler who holds it in for days. I really wanted them to work before I got the suppository’s.

Be careful- I thought this didn’t work at first for my 2 year old. but then my daughter ended up having horrible diarrhea for two days- wiping her now is terrible, she is so sore. I won’t be giving this to her again, the relief was not gentle for us.

My toddler has constipation issues. Dr said to try Miralax. Well Miralax is not tested on children and says 7 days max. Anyways, I decided to give this a try and after a day or two she’s been having bowel movements more often. I will keep buying this.

I don’t ever write reviews but decided to leave this one because I was going back and fourth trying to decide which medicine to give to my (5 almost 6yo) daughter. She has not made a bowl movement in 3 days and was in a lot of pain. We tried magnesium- didn’t work. Then decided to try these and if it didn’t work by tomorrow morning I was going to try the suppository. Well I had her drink a cup of apple juice on the way to target and picked up my order and gave it to her instantly (5:10pm). I gave her 4 and then another one around 6:40 maybe? Just because she was in so much pain I felt so bad. She drank some water with it also. 7:05pm she finally was able to pass a bowl movement! She feels so much better already! We’ll see how the rest of the night goes if she goes anymore but so glad she has some relief! Also to add: she loved the flavor! I’m not sure why this had negative reviews just because of the flavor. It even smells good. If your kid doesn’t like tums- I would assume they wouldn’t like this as it *looks* similar in my opinion but I never tried it.

I gave my 3 year old two tablets and within 1hr she finally went #2 after a few days of not using restroom. This worked like a charm would definitely recommend
