This is truly a life savor, it takes about maybe 15/20 minutes to kick in but once it does I feel relief instantly! I get horrible back cramps on my time of the month and wow did it help.

it was okay, i have extremely low iron and a SUPER heavy flow. ik its tmi but oh well most of us are women anyways. but, barely helps me anymore but when i got my first period at the age of 12, midol was a life saver. so if you dont have excrutiating period cramps that are basicly uncurable and your not throwing up from the pain, i recommend

The medicine is effective. What I don’t like is the artificial color added. It’s not necessary.

I thought it would help more than advil did but I took 2 and I still felt really bad cramps so I took another and it barely made it go away. normal pain killers are so much better.

These used to work but now somethings changed and they only dull the pain barely. Advil or Aleve works better and hot lemon tea for bloating. Save your money.

Great medication for when I start my period and am feeling fatigued and cramping badly.

This made me so drowsy. I felt like I took NyQuil. I’ve taken this in the past, probably 10+ years ago and never noticed this level of drowsiness. I guess it did relieve my cramps, but I was so drowsy and shaky that I won’t take this again.

These are my favorite cramp reliever. I prefer these over the off brand and the white ones.

I have excruciating menstrual cramps. The kind of pain the usually makes me throw up or faint. I would say the pain I feel is a 10/10 on the pain scale. My friends recommended me this brand, so naturally I decided to try it out. Do NOT try this if your cramps are extremely painful and you usually take Advil to relieve the pain. Midol took away the pain for about an hour. Afterwards, my pain returned and it was about an 8/10. Still extremely painful. Ibuprofen (Advil) takes away the pain completely and I am able to function normally for around 6 hours. With midol, I was able to move around for a little less than an hour before I was curled up in pain again. The worst part is that I had to endure the pain for a few more hours before I was able to take Advil.

The absolute BEST to get rid of cramping and bloating.

I love this product. I always have it on hand for those heavy period days. My back pain is relieved and cramps as well!

This is the only thing that helps my cramps go away. Just a warning, you will need to poop really bad, but after you poop the cramps go away.

I get really bad migraines throughout the month, but they get worse right before/at the start of my period. I took one of these and it helped my migraine completely! Perfect for those hormone migraines!

haven’t ever used this product but my mom recommended it and it works pretty good, i don’t know if it was just me but i couldn’t really find much information about how many to take but i just took 1.

I usually cut out caffeine my period weeks, this gives me the boost I need and also helps with cramps! I can tell a difference when you take this vs just advil.
