Stuck with anwarrantyband no product
I purchased this warranty with an item at target but when I returned it I was not allowed to return the warranty . It is hard to contact the company and I have tier to receive a refund for an item I returned a month ago

Never worked, even with. Vizio TV
I tried every configuration (cable and Bluetooth) to connect this soundbar to my mother’s older flatscreen TV, and even bought new cables to make sure those were not the problem…nothing worked. I then tried the soundbar on OUR new Vizio TV to troubleshoot (this was intended to help my mother who is hearing impaired). Still nothing. My husband is Mr. Gadget and he could not get it to work even after reading online tutorials and watching YouTube videos. By the time I realized this was a dud, I could not return it. I do NOT recommend.
