Such wonderful recipes, so far I've only made the pickled onions and the picadillo but both were delicious. I did have to improvise the picadillo a little bit as I did not have one of the vegetables, but it still came out delicious. Not every recipe has a picture of the dish so that's a bit of a bummer, but the pictures that are included are all very beautifully photographed. I've been following Chef Marcela for a few year now and have tried making several of her recipes and have yet to be disappointed.
