Description

The Evenflo® Maestro™ Sport Booster Seat offers two modes of forward-facing use for your growing child. Accommodating children 22-110 lbs., stage one has a 5-point harness for children at least 2 years old up to 50 lbs., and stage two allows you to use the vehicle belt as a high back booster for children at least 4 years old. The up-front harness adjustment is centralized, making it easy to properly tighten the harness. As your child grows, the shoulder belt guide assists in positioning the vehicle's belt across their shoulder to provide optimal safety. Children appreciate the dual integrated cup holders to keep their snacks and drinks secure. The removable, machine-washable seat pad allows for easy cleanup of any messes. The Maestro Sport is designed, engineered, tested and assembled in the United States.Evenflo car seats have been tested above and beyond industry standards and undergo our rigorous side impact and dynamic rollover tests. Additionally, all car seats include live video installation support, giving you the tools and confidence to securely and correctly install your car seat.

  • A: Yes, this carseat is pretty light and can be installed easily. I take it out and put it back in all the time, and I'm a grandmother. Keep in mind all carseat are a little bit of work to install, so this one is good. Also when it is installed and tighten, the car seat does move a little so don't worry, it's because it's not a heavy carseat.

Good quality for reasonable price

Just brought this for my son, he is very skeptical about his carseat. And this one actually seem comfortable and keep him sitting for awhile . Price is reasonable .

Great, lightweight car seat. We use it for travel and it’s very easy to move around while being slightly more padded than other lightweight options. I was nervous after seeing complaints about the cupholders falling off, but as per the manual they’re supposed to be screwed down with two small screws that come with the seat. We inserted the screws into the bottom with a screwdriver and have had no issues with the cupholders wobbling or coming off. Overall we’re happy with the purchase.

We’ve been using the Evenflo Maestro Sport (Layton pattern) for a few months now, and overall it’s been a solid and reliable seat. The installation was straightforward, and the 5-point harness feels secure. It’s not too bulky, which makes it easier to move between vehicles, and I appreciate that it can transition later to a high-back booster.

DANGEROUS - Styrofoam headpiece broke off

We got this car seat a year ago. Used it maybe once a month. Today, I decided to remove the fabric cover to wash it and the Styrofoam head padding broke off without us even touching it. It's impossible to reattach (we tried with superglue etc, it just keeps falling off). Don't waste your money (or your kids' life) on this product.

The foam within the seat can tend to crack or break just like any foam pieces, especially as the child gets older and starts to climb in/out of the seat. The foam is designed to help absorb energy if involved in an impact and can still absorb that energy even if it is cracked or broken, so even if the foam is broken or cracked in large pieces and fits together such as a puzzle piece the seat can still be safely used. They foam is typically offered as a replacement part for the Maestro Sport car seat and can be obtained by contacting Evenflo's ParentLink Consumer Care Team at 800-233-5921.

Practical
