BEWARE! This caused patches of my scalp to flake off mid-day. I had red plaques that started flaking off. My scalp itched all day until I could wash my hair again! Please take out the harmful chemicals (PEG)

Good Stuff Comes in Small Packages
I love how this edge gel lays my edges without a lot of messy residue. I use it as a finishing product on my ponytail and up-dos. It actually can achieve a light, shiny, residue free look for a few days. I just need it to come in a bigger jar for daily use, but the current size is great for travel.

Tried to do my edges and it melted into like grease or oil almost I tried it raw on my 4c hair no oil in it or anything and it melted i then straightened my edges and it still melted

If you are looking for an edge control that will LAY your edges down then this is not the product for you. Less than 20 minutes after I put this gel on my hair and slicked it down it was coming back up and feeling fluffy. Not recommended unless you are using it for a simple style.

Worked well for non-traditional use
I know it’s an edge gel, but I actually used it as a braid gel for the foundation of my crochet box braids. I wanted the hold of a braid gel with ingredients as nurturing as those found in this product. Definitely encourage everyone to do what’s best for their hair, but so glad I made that decision. I was able see the same results as a traditional gel/jam without having to worry about ingredients that would compromise the health of my hair.
