Water filters
This filter will fit the original ZERO FILTER PITCHERS. Much better than the culligan version.

Great for bulk purchase of OEM filters
Quick sipping and brand new. I appreciate the bulk purchase option, as it can be a burden to buy too frequently. Will definitely buy again whenever needed.

Water as it was meant to be - pure and drinkable
We have used the 12 cup Legacy series for several years. We avoid unfiltered tap water and bottled water at all costs. Our tap water generally registers between 250 and 400 particles, so our filters last between 4 weeks and 6 weeks. Many people complain that sometimes the filters don't drain properly. That is more than likely because they have a bubble of air trapped inside the filter. In that case, just remove the filter and turn it sideways and shake it as hard as you can for about 7 - 8 times, and reattach it. It should dislodge the air and work as it should. We just purchased another 12-Cup in the new Culligan series. It is just a pour pitcher (no push button drains at the bottom). Thus, they eliminated the problem of leaking around the push button. That's a good product change in my opinion. We also purchased a 23-cup in the Legacy series. Zerowater provides the cleanest water and a clean taste. By the way, they now have two series of pitchers; the older Legacy and the newer Culligan series. The difference is the filter have been upgraded to filter more contaminates, plus they have improved some of the product features. NOTE: the filters are NOT interchangeable. The Legacy filters screw on to the fill-tank, and the newer Culligan filters drop into the fill-tank holder. Enjoy!

Filters don’t last long
I have used zero water pitcher for years but ever since Culligan bought it the filters don’t last as long, they have gotten worse. I ordered filters from Zero. I am one person using the picture and it’s at .006 after. 2 1/2 weeks! Filters Use to last 2+ months.

Zero total dissolved solids by measure
I have been using Culligan zero water for about 18 months. The water here locally has 120 to 135 total dissolve solids and zero consistently after filtration. Today it was five and gratefully new filters came. Thank you!

Absolute Scam
The filters last about 7-10 days and then give off a metallic taste, almost like they are designed to fail. In addition, you have to jump through hoops to recycle them.

If Your Filter Dies Fast,Your Water is the proble
This Isn't an Appliance; It's My Medical Equipment The Truth Other Reviews Miss: I see the complaints:"Filters only last two weeks!" "Too expensive!" I understand the frustration. But I need you to understand what that short lifespan actually means. My body is a chemical injury survivor. Childhood chemotherapy rewired my nervous system to detect toxins at levels "safe" for others. For me, tap water—and most bottled water—isn't just bad tasting; it's acutely poisonous, causing instant nueroinflamation, migraines and brain fog. ZeroWater is the only filter whose promise matches my biological reality. The TDS meter doesn't lie. When it reads "000," my body confirms it: zero inflammatory response. When my filter expires in 14 days instead of 40, that's not a complaint. That's a data point. It's a warning flare that my municipal water is loaded with dissolved solids and pollutants and the filter is doing its job protecting me. Yes, it's expensive. I have to budget for it like a medical supply. But what is the price of a clear-headed day? What is the value of being able to think without pain or not having a systemic inflammatory response? For me, and for anyone living with autoimmune, MCAS, or chemical injury, this isn't a luxury. It's non-negotiable life support. To the company: Don't shy away from this. You aren't just selling a water pitcher. You are selling the only reliable barrier millions of us have against a progressively toxic environment. Market to us—the canaries in the coal mine. We are your most credible witnesses. To potential buyers: If your filter clogs fast, be alarmed—but not at ZeroWater. Be alarmed at what's in your pipes. This device is telling you the truth your body hasn't started screaming yet. Listen to it.

I'm done too
These filters only last a couple weeks before water starts to taste fishy. Also lots of carbon particles floating in reservoirs. I am the only one in home. For the price of these filters they should last alot longer!

I’m done
Been buying these for years and the combo of the ridiculous price and the honest fact that these don’t last nearly as long as they used to—I’m done. Not sure what happened over the years but you’ve lost my business.

Adding to what everyone has said
Purchased new pitcher and filters on Oct. 2. Water tasted fine and had no issues. It's Oct. 17 and the water tasted sour. I wished I read the reviews, but it was a sign that I needed to change the filter and the water tester did read 006. There's only two individuals using the pitcher and we are not home for the majority of the day. We used the water primarily for morning coffee/tea and pets water bowl. This is not a sustainable product. I will be searching for a better product after I use up my last filter.

Quality notably declining
I've used these filters for 6-8 years, they used to be so good. But for the past year or so, every time I get them, they last for shorter and shorter time. They discontinued the twist off cap for a soft plastic, which started out ok but they have also gotten worse. The latest batch that I purchased leaves glue and plastic residue all over the top. Just very frustrating, it's pushed me to make the leap to a under-sink filter instead of using these.

Defective Filters
I used to love my “Zero Water” pitcher/ filter system. However, I’ve been having problems for over a year with the filter only lasting only a month! It goes from (0 to 5-6 TDS) then continues to rise. Additionally, the water will often times not drain through the filter. I’ve contacted the company at least 3 times before & after Zero became Culligan. I was sent new filters (at my expense) but the new ones are doing the same thing. I believe they are what is called Legacy filters with the black label on top. These filters are too expensive to replace every month.

Moisture
Like to know why filters I've been buying have moisture inside. They should not have any type of water inside. This deteriorate the filters while in atirage.

Wish filter lasted longer
I had first gen Culligan filter and believed enough in the idea to try their new “longer lasting” 2nd gen filter, bought a new pitcher, etc. New “longer lasting” filter only lasts 1-2 weeks for our family of four. It’s a lot of hassle and expense to change the filters this often.

Filters dont last as long as old zero water filter
Ever since the new company took over Zero water, the filters do not last as long before needing to be changed. It used to last 2 months before getting to a "6". The newly designed filter shot up to over 100 reading at a month and a half! The built in meter also is faulty. It is constantly wrong and says a brand new filter is bad, while my old zero water meter says its at zero. The meter is easily damaged by water. It has brown residue all inside the battery compartment. Please bring back the old system!!!

Very short life
It filtered well for about one month, perhaps 20 uses. I was really disappointed. It says it’s 35% longer life but longer than what? Does not seem cost effective if I need to purchase every month.
