These are great if you just wanna sleep, they work in like 30 minutes. They don’t completely knock you out like stronger sleeping pills do! But they calm your brain down so if you take 30 minutes before you’re ready to go to bed they kick in and you just feel like you’re ready to go to sleep.

I always have a bottle of Sleep in my medicine cabinet. It is fast acting, doesn’t leave you groggy when you wake up and I really like that it isn’t in the gummy form. It taste like nothing, which is an add bonus for me.

I keep Olly Ultra Strength sleep on hand
for those nights when my schedule really throws me off-especially after working a long double shift. When I'm wired but exhausted, this is my go-to. It helps me relax and actually fall asleep without tossing and turning for hours. I like that it doesn't have me feeling foggy the next morning, which is a huge plus when I have to get right back up in the morning and work another double. There isn't really a taste which is also nice and no odor. Overall, it's been a reliable part of my routine when I need help getting the rest I deserve and need.

Helps with my Restless Leg Syndrome
I suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome and this helps me relax enough to fall asleep before my legs start going crazy. I have been searching forever for a non-prescription-type supplement that would do anything, this was the ticket! The higher dose of melatonin and passionflower extract really packs a punch. L-Theanine has been shown to help with RLS. So far so good! I recommend taking 2 before bed, 1 wasn't quite strong enough for my extreme case.

After being on these for 3 weeks, I cannot believe how drastic the changes are. I haven’t slept well for years, due to a spinal cord injury & severe arthritis from many broken bones (I was hit by a drunk driver while I was walking). I’ve tried many other melatonin brands and OTC sleeping pills. Either they became less effective over time or made me feel horrible the next day. This vitamin has improved my life 10 fold. I am finally getting solid REM sleep and don’t have any negative side effects the next morning. I feel like I’ve gotten my energy back and overall life has improved. I now have my sons and mother taking it, all are feeling positive benefits and it’s working wonders. Loved this so much I bought nearly all of the other Olly vitamins. Feeling 10 years younger.

These did not work for me. It gave me headaches everytime and did not make me fall asleep. I have taken the gummies that have less melatonin and they work much better I will be getting the gummies next time.

Very disappointed
I used to use and like these Olly brand sleep gummies religiously every night. However, their new formula absolutely sucks. Tastes like wax and they are a denser, harder product. You have lost me as a customer.

I waited about a week to write a review to observe consistency. I am happy to report, these tablets work great for me! I started with one tab for a couple nights and then increased to two, as the bottle suggested. The bottle says to take a half hour before bedtime. For me, it’s takes about an hour to and hour and a half to get me bedtime sleepy. But it actually does its job, helps me sleep and go back to sleep easily when I wake up! When I do wake up, I feel actually awake and not groggy at all. Which surprised me because many reviews stated that it left them feeling groggy in the morning. I will definitely be repurchasing when needed and would recommend!
