I didn’t notice a difference in the texture of my heart or any strength added. My hair was still fizzy after applying. Great smell but not worth it for my hair.

Great for less frequent washes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off by saying this smells amazing it truly does something about a coconut scented shampoo makes me happy. I only wash my hair every other day and day 2 hair looks and feels amazing.. but day 1 hair was weird for me I felt like it knotted up more and I had to constantly brush it because my hairs texture was off (after day 1 though it’s literally some of the nicest my hair has felt so I’m not sure why day 1 is always a hard time)

I struggle with frizz but I thought this shampoo/conditioner definitely helped control that. It's great for everyday use, although my very dry hair might need extra moisture.

I have health issues so I’m not able to take showers as often as I would like and this has made it even easier. I will say it is heavy, so you do not need a lot at all unless your hair needs a lot of conditioning in it. My hair is thick, very long and straight. I only put it on starting from the top of my ears down.
