Q: mine stopped wrkg after approx 10 hrs. it lights up and air is coming but the cool air is gone .Prev it was loud and now its runs quiet without cool air. Is it gone?

A: Use a small, bendable brush (i.e. toothbrush, bottle brush, etc) and carefully clean the inside of the tank until clean. Rinse clean with warm water.

This is so easy. Just plug it in, s add dad water or ice and chill out. There is a cartridge that you can freeze for even colder air. I wish that it was portable though.

Just bought 2 of these today. 2 major disappointments. Giving 1 star because the light cycle feature was cute but other than that, avoid this product. I followed directions carefully for assembly and this product did not deliver. Thought it would be an extra for being in front of me at a desk but the jets and the fan were a huge disappointment. I get more air with a handheld portable fan than this product.

All directions were followed. Once it was turned on, it ran for about 10 seconds and cut off. Each time you hit power, it runs for 10 seconds and keeps shutting off. Not worth the price.

Was hoping to feel the arctic but didn’t get the arctic. It just highkey didn’t hit, no cap. A little sus fr on god. I don’t know why I didn’t return it but maybe someday it’ll decide to stop actin up. Hurt my feelings a lil bit ngl.

First of all, you need to be parked directly in front of this thing for benefit, making it a bit impractical. But worse, the plug gets hot after about an hour (fire hazzard); needless to say, I returned this thing within 24 hours.

Note - do not expect air conditioner results! This just blows colder than a regular fan’s cool air. Got this less than 24 hours ago and already experienced issues. First, the housing plate is super cheap - wouldn’t stay in and kept popping out. I had to use masking tape to keep it in place. Second, it started squeaking and squealing like a bad fan belt in a car. Will be returning today. Overall, easy set up but horrible value with everything considered.

I have bought two of these things and they both have only lasted less then a year. The current unit that I have I bought in August to put on my desk at school, I'm a teacher. It's now January and it stopped working.

Bought this for my old car because I don’t have AC and this summer has been killing me. Works with my old car lighter charger usb c cord which is super nice. I freeze the blue thing AND put ice + ice cold water in the base and it lasts me around 30 minutes of no AC driving with my windows up on its highest setting. I also bought a reusable ice pack for lunch packs that I sit on during especially hot drives. Have used it at night for sleeping, but you’re better off investing in their bigger coolers for sustained coolness as this cannot run at full capacity for more than like 2 hours.

I just read a review from someone who bought this for his mother and she started with a cough, I got the same thing and had to get up to spit the phlegm out of my throat, as gross as it sounds it's true and used it for awhile until the cord broke. Have no idea what I was inhaling but should report this to consumer complaints.
