Faulty Mic
Seemed like a great purchase at first but after opening it ,and using it for only 3 days it came lose. It works fine just the mic is lose and Idk how to fix it. Logitech team if possible can you guys send another please and thank you.

Faulty mic
Got these for my son for Christmas. The day after Christmas, the mic came unscrewed from the base and was hanging by a tired cord that completely ripped of the headset.

If I could give this zero stars I would when I opened I wasn't able to talk through the microphone or I didn't pick up the audio I guess but in general for how much money I paid it's a piece of junk

Poor comfort
The lateral form these are set to fit over the ears is not adjustable. The will fit a certain shape head and not all others. It clamps tight behind the ears and feels like a vise. The sound is very low even when the in line volume control is set to highest position.

BIG NOPE. Don't buy this headset.
For $60 you would feel like you are getting an okay quality headset. Yikes. I rarely leave reviews, but noticed this one kept popping up. Sound was awful, TONS of feedback, and static. Double checked everything, checked it on another Xbox, same issues. It is just a junky headset. Pass this one up.

Dont buy
These headphones are good yes for 20 days max and then one earphone will cut off and stop working. The headphones are also super uncomfortable and will slip off of your head if you wear them. The 60$ is a rip off because how bad the quality is I would recommend the older version of these headphones because they still hold up. Plus the headphones are not durable because I was mad and took them of and I dropped them on the floor they broke.

The headset was amazing and worked amazingly. I’ve had it for 5 months until all of a sudden the left ear piece stopped working, the mic works and right ear piece works but no sound in the left ear piece.

Audio problems :(
Very comfortable headphones, but unfortunately I will be returning them because the audio doesn’t play equally in both ears. The audio only plays in the right ear where the auxiliary cord connects. To get any audio in the left ear you need to fuss with the cord and hold it in weird positions. And any movement of the headphones or cord cause the audio to completely cut out of the left and sometimes the right ear too. Then I needed to fiddle with the cord again to find a new position that would bring back audio. Even when you are not moving the audio cuts or fades randomly. VERY inconvenient and frustrating!!! Initially I thought that the first one I purchased was damaged in shipping or something, but this new one I bought has the exact same issue! It’s very disappointing because I thought they were very nice otherwise. :/

Lightweight Headset with Fantastic Audio
I have used this headset for multiplayer games for months and I am extremely happy with them. I like to play competitively and I will say these definitely do give me an edge. The directional audio works great so I can hear enemy footsteps and the sound quality is very crisp so you can really appreciate all the sounds a game has to offer. I have no problems with the volume levels on this headset (theres is also a convenient roller on the cord to adjust audio) and the mic works perfectly fine.
