Loving it!
Since we got the Hatch, our nights have become so much more structured. Our baby loves the sounds, and we especially love the brown noise because we feel it helps prevent her from being disturbed by snoring or sudden noises. Itโs also been amazing for our morning routine โ almost like a peaceful little alarm that helps keep things consistent. We love it!

We are forever a Hatch Family
We got our first hatch years ago when we transitioned our oldest to her big girl bed. She was struggling knowing when it was time to stay in bed. The colored lights worked like a charm and set our routine. Since then we have purchased another hatch for our twins room to be the sound machine. We love hatch. All 4 of our kids (5yo, 4yo, 2yo 2yo) use it every night and itโs part of our routine.

Not worth the money
I would not personally buy this item. My hatch was a gift from my baby shower. I used it for a week and already had a replacement sent because it stopped working. I would opt for other sound machines that are lower in price for how limited these options are. Overall not worth the money

Great but Quieter
I really love this product. The setup is very simple and fast and I can control all of the things I need to control from my phone. I donโt really make use of the nightlight too much because it is still too bright. I wish it would have different levels of brightness and color. When I have a newborn I would prefer for it to be red instead of any other color because that would not diehard our circadian rhythms. The only other big complaint I have is that the first Gen Rest was a LOT louder than this one. I use both in my household every night and I always have to put the Rest+ on a lot higher volume level to match the other one. I wish it would have the same loudness.

Couldnโt live without it. Taking advantage of the timer for our toddler, red light means bedtime and green light means okay to wake. He actually waits for the green if he wakes up early in the morning.

Stop working suddenly
It worked perfectly for 9 months. Unfortunately, an error appeared, and it won't work anymore. However, I received a new one in compensation. I hope it won't happen the same for the new one.

Very disappointed! After only 6 weeks of use, the sound turns on and off randomly. I purchased in advance of my babyโs arrival and use so return window at Target closed. Hatch customer service is horrible . Impossible to get in contact with real person to help; everything on website just circles you around doing your own troubleshooting. Waste of money.

Started using with our now three year old who we recently started using the timer/color so he would better understand he could not leave his bed to climb in with either twin sibling before it turned โgreenโ at 7am. Grows great with the kids!

LOVE IT!
We have had our hatch for all 3 of our boys (almost 4 to 6 months) and they love it! It tells our oldest when he can get up from nap and morning and they know when its bedtime as it turns on at the preset time. It stopped working a few weeks ago for no apparent reason after using it for 2 years and then they sent us a new one without us even telling them that something malfunctioned. Very impressed!

This one is terrible! The first generation is so much louder and easier to use. The volume all the way up on this model isnโt even half as loud as the first generation. It doesnโt block out any noise.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. I wanted to say that we are super disappointed with our replacement and our first purchase. We really wanted to love the hatch. Itโs the perfect product for our family however itโs not functional because it keeps shutting off both the brand new one we bought and the replacement have been shutting off in the middle of the night and will not work in less connected to the base weโve tried to reset it multiple times, but nothing is fixing it. We are very disappointed however, we are appreciative of you sending a replacement. Just wish it worked.

My kids have the Hatch first version. We love them. I bought this for me but the sound is only 50% of what the other is. I tried loving it but I canโt. Iโm used it being LOUD. Also, the setting is strange to me and the other is a lot easier to set up a program.
