A: We expect batteries to last 6-8 months in normal conditions. If it is setup in a colder climate it will be less.

A: Hello, Yes, you will be able to monitor the temperature and humidity in the crawl space with the remote sensor. The remote sensor does not have to be used outdoors, it can be setup in any location you want to monitor.

Great...until it wasn't
Loved this thermometer so much that I purchased a 2nd for myself and one for my Dad. Only 1 is still working. My Dad's made it about a year. My one made it about 18 months. I'm not sure how long these are supposed to work, but I think it should be longer than just 12=18 months...I guess I should be happy that mine lasted longer than the other customers who said that their's died in 2 monts...I guess you get what you pay for,,,,,

Efficient Little System
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weather station is easy to set up and use. It was simple to put in the batteries, set the channel and connect the station to the sensor, and has maintained connection well. The station has the ability to connect to up to three sensors at once, and will scan through them on the screen if they are all connected. The sensor is easy to mount or hang outdoors and has a reach that is plenty long to accurately display the weather outside on my station in the comfort of my own home. My son is currently using this as a way to learn what different temperatures feel like and is enjoying switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit, which this station also does. It’s a simple setup that displays temperature and humidity; it doesn’t do a forecast or anything advanced, but it’s perfect for our needs.

The display is very easy to read and it is easy to set up. I haven't had any issues with this and the readings appear to be accurate since I compared with another hygrometer that I also have.

This device is ideal for monitoring indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity levels. And the installation is easy to set up by following the instructions l. Moreover, it’s easy to use to monitor the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity from distance with the wireless feature which is my favorite part about this device. The large display and the fact that the monitor can be wall-mounted or placed on a tabletop are bonus for using conveniently. Really happy with its ease of use, accuracy, and reliability.

Stopped working.
After 6 months, it will not connect to transmitter. I tried all the tips on the website, but nothing works.

Please try a hard reset for me with new batteries in both devices. Take the batteries out of both units, make sure they are side by side. Once this is done, you can put the batteries into indoor unit first and then the outdoor unit, in this order. Please follow up to let us know if this fix resolved the issue with your device. Best outdoor thermometer I've used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ThermoPro TP60s Digital Hydrometer Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer has to be the best I've ever used. This thermometer is affordable, great quality, precise and has great range. I live in a 2 story single family home, my remote sensor for the outside is on my back porch and I leave my indoor sensor in my upstairs bedroom which is approximately thru 6 walls along with a top story and 26' away, the only time it's disconnected is when the batteries were low. It's very easy to carry around the house as well, and add on another remote sensor if I'd choose.

No longer works
This worked fine for 6 months but no longer connects to the transmitter even when during next to it. The Red transmitter light still blinks but none of the channels will receive readings.

Never worked well
It stopped working within the first week. Then it would start again. Then stop. I noticed if there was any dampness in the air it wouldn't work. It would give indoor temp but outdoor readout was blank. It continues to work intermittently no matter what the weather. I don't recommend.

Very accurate thermometer!

Great Thermometer

It helps to know when we should open or close the windows to get some fresh air in the house, or how to dress before we go outside. It also tells you the temperature and humidity indoors as well. Highly recommended.
