The swing creeks after 3 months of minimal use. Warranty only covers 90 days from purchase. I bought it before my due date so of course it is out of warranty when it breaks.

The swing works good but it’s not for big babies the straps only go so far ( I suggest they make the straps longer so they can adjust better) my son is big now and I don’t feel like he got the full use out of it. You do need a block for the usb. It wasn’t a big deal to me because our couches have an outlet for that but if it didn’t think I would’ve been bothered.

Poor quality control
Never got to use the product because the assembly mechanism was defective. The pieces did not lock into place securly. It can't even be just a spot to sit because it is not safe. I don't recommend buying.

Too small for our giant baby
Our son is a pretty big baby but at 4 months when we purchased this he didn’t fit with the strapped extended as far as they go. Also never thrilled when the items I spend good money on can’t be charged with what’s in the box. You have to have a usb adapter to plug it into a wall outlet unless you have fancy usb ports in your outlets. Sure it says so in the description but let’s be honest what mom of a newborn is reading the fine print beyond the basic functions. Was not fun to put together. The material is good quality and it is sturdy.

Target selling item with damaged box. Parts coming out of the hole and inside bag comp ripped. Now have to go back to target with newborn to exchange. Do better target and dont sell items that are damaged.

When you need a break
This has been great - purchased in March, so I have been using for about 4 months. There are so many of these on the market, I looked and looked. Honestly didn't even want one of these "big things" in my house but it has been awesome. I got it when it when it was on sale and with a registry coupon so the price was right too! My son wasn't the biggest fan at first but he got used to it and now can hang out in it long enough for me to do a little housework, eat dinner, or have a hot coffee in peace. The speeds aren't crazy, I keep it on 3/5 speed and it's great. My son likes the lights and mobile. Songs are easy listening, not super babyish. Give you self a little break and get one on sale if you can!

Malfunctioned to warp speed after 2 months of use
Sadly, like so many reviews I saw but hoped it wouldn't be the case for me, this swing malfunctioned after about 2 months of use. It initially worked fine on swing speeds 1-5 until one day decided to only swing on WARP SPEED level 5 even when set on level 1 or 2. Clearly a safety hazard, anything above level 3 on this swing is far too much. I was able to return just within the 90-day return window, but now this swing is going into a landfill and I regret not avoiding it in the first place, what needless waste.

Life saver
I got this handed down to me I don’t think it was used much but I love it! I’ve read a few reviews about the adapter being a problem to them but I’ve traded out the wall adapter multiple times with different ones I have around the house and works just fine. Also about the straps not being adjustable they most definitely are! When I cleaned the cover I had to get the straps off it might’ve been tedious but it’s doable. My baby was chunky so I had to figure it out lol. I will say the control panel is sensitive but what do you expect out of something that’s touchscreen 🤷🏽♀️ anyways I love this swing it’s been a life saver since baby was born and he absolutely loves it too with the little lights, sounds and toys

If you enjoy unpredictable chaos, surprise sound effects, and technology that hates sunlight—this swing is for you. Bought it brand new, and it came preloaded with attitude. First quirk: it refuses to work with normal charger blocks. You’d think a premium baby swing would come with the one block it likes. Nope. But the real villain? The touch screen controls. Someone really said, “You know what babies love? Accidental noise and motion.” These buttons are so sensitive that a strong breeze or a rogue sunbeam can turn the swing off, crank up the lullabies, or summon the ghost of Beethoven at full volume. I watched my baby go from peaceful nap to wide-eyed panic thanks to “touch-sensitive technology.” We miss our old swing—the one with reliable buttons and no emotional issues. Sadly, it’s discontinued, just like common sense in baby gear design. Take my advice: no matter how low they price it, skip this stress swing. You’ve got enough to manage with a newborn—don’t add haunted furniture to the mix.

Great swing. Does NOT include wall power adaptor.
Lots of settings. Baby loves it. Was debating on giving 3 or 4 stars because apparently for $150, you do not even get a power adapter. They give you a USB cord and expect you to get your own wall adapter. CHEAP MOVE. It also warns you that it needs to be 5V. So you can’t even use one that you have laying around the house. This is absolutely ridiculous and probably a safety hazard. Not good for a baby supplier.

Great swing for my daughter.
I likes the size and quality of the swing. It feels sturdy without being too heavy. My baby is “spoiled” and doesn’t like to be put down, but she actually settles in this swing 😩 it’s such a lifesaver when I have things to do or just need a little mommy break. The mobile spins and lights up and it catches her attention. There are preset sounds loaded up: white noise, nature sounds, and music on the speaker. Overall really nice quality for the price point. The elephant is also verrrry cute! Weight limit is 35 pounds so she has a bit of time to use it.
