Unit gets VERY hot, boiling water leaked everywher!!
Filled with filtered water, turned on, waited until light stopped blinking. started steaming, it was fine for a few minutes but then within like 5 minutes the entire unit got SO hot to the touch it was insane. I went to try to put it down on a safe surface because the unit was so hot, and then the boiling water started leaking from the back where the cord comes from. Burned my whole hand up badly. I have owned many steamers before but nothing like this has ever happened. Even after it was completely unplugged and waiting a few minutes my husband touched the handle part again and it was STILL extremely hot to the touch. I have to hope this was just a defective unit.

Stopped working after 6 months

I hardly leave reviews, but honestly I've paid more money on steamers that work half as good as this one. I love it! I use the steamer everyday and have had no problems. The feature to pause the steaming is very useful without having to turn on/off. Perfect steam heat and power. No complaints!

Didn't last long
Worked great at first then in the last 2 months of its life I had to hold the power button the entire time for it to work. Only lasted a little over a year.

I sell items at a consignment sale every year, meaning my items sit in totes for months. They are wrinkled when it’s time to pull them out and prep them for the sale. I bought this hand held steamer to see if I liked it better than traditional ironing. There was something so satisfying about the process, it works wonderfully! I used it on many different types of tops and pants of all sizes. The water chamber is small, but that doesn’t matter if you’re only pulling this out as needed for an outfit you want to to wear or something. This thing is great! Would recommend to anyone needing a small, personal steamer

Bad out of box
Purchased this item and when opening it discovered that the top was covered with appeared to be dust as well as the conair logo to be worn away. Plugged this unit in and steamed for five seconds before powering off. Either was returned and put back on the floor or shipped completely defective. Either way won’t be purchasing this item again.

Explosion and Damaged Outlet
Had this for a year and only used it a handful of times. I plugged it in this morning and as soon as I turned it on, the outlet sparked, and the cord exploded and smacked me in the face and permanently damaged our outlet.
