The bassinet has received positive feedback for its innovative features that enhance sleep for both baby and parents. Guests appreciate the swivel design and lowering wall, which make nighttime feedings easier. The soothing functions, including vibrations and sounds, have been beneficial for calming babies. However, some concerns were raised about the clicking noise during rocking and the design of the legs, which can be cumbersome. Overall, it is seen as a valuable addition to any nursery.

Great Snoo alternative
Don’t listen to the negative reviews. This has been a lifesaver for us. Before this bassinet, we were happy to get 2-3 hours of sleep. Within just a week, we’re already getting 4 hour stretches. Yes, there’s a “click”… but it doesn’t bother us or baby, especially when there’s white noise. I’m sure it’s not as intuitive as the Snoo, but it helps us get baby to sleep (and back to sleep when waking) SO MUCH faster and easier than before. If you’re struggling with sleep and don’t want to pay for the Snoo, don’t hesitate to buy the Halo BassiNest.

Hopefull but was dissapointed
I really wanted Snoos for my twins but went with two of these as a budget option. The matress didn't seem comfy (you can upgrade to a nicer one for $70+ (x2 for me)). The rocking feature made a clicking noise on both of mine, with quite minimal use. I ended up just using one for both my twins and then they transitioned to their cribs quickly. The legs are huge as stated and definetly needs a redesign. It's worth a try if you want a rocking bassinet but I kind of wish I would have just found a couple used Snoos.

Its great but needs work
I do love this bassinet. The swivel feature is great and I don’t know how people use a bassinet without a lowering wall!! That being said, there is occasionally a knocking noise on the rocking feature and that just drives me crazy. This bassinet is too expensive to have that as an issue in my opinion.

Worth it!
Some of the complaints are true. It will click in the rocking mode but for me it meant the baby or mattress were off balance. The legs are very annoying with a low bed and even with the floor light I have still stubbed my toes on this numerous times. Aside from all of this I still found this to be a great bassinet. My baby loved the vibrate and rocking feature. The sound machine was very helpful. I would pick this over the snoo any day

Very inconvenient
The bassinet itself it’s great , such as the height, spacious, it rocks, vibrates and has different noises. However the design is horrible! The legs are so inconvenient, you can’t put it close to anything if you have a low bed or low couch. And it’s heavy !!! You can’t move it from room to room without denting your walls or scratching your door because of the legs ,

Disappointment
Really not worth the price. I had the bassinest swivel and upgrade to this one and it is nice being about to rock my baby back to sleep since he wakes up when I set him in the bassinet, however the bassinet makes a grinding/clicking noise when using the rocking settings. I tried the trouble shooting that halo recommends and IF it works, it only works for a little while and then the grinding/clicking sound returns. Also, I decided on this model because of the auto soothe. The auto soothe really isn't that great. My baby doesn't start screaming right away when he wakes up. He starts marking grumbling sounds and little whines which doesn't trigger the auto soothe to start. Even on the highest sensitivity it only starts the auto soothe if he is screaming. Lastly, the base of this bassinet is HORRIBLE. It's a tripping hazard and not only that but it doesn't even go under my bed enough for the bassinet to be over my bed. Not worth it.

Does not connect to app
It definitely helps our newborn sleep, but we can only use it manually due to the app not working for us. It continually crashes out and we are unable to connect to the bassinet. Also, our son is 2 1/2 months old and is almost the entire length of the bassinet mattress. In the middle of the night he is pushed so far to one end that his head is half off the mattress pad pushing through the mesh. We would’ve hoped to get 6 months from the bassinet, but due to its short length we will probably get at most 3 months.

Less stress
This has been a blessing to our sleep schedule. It helps in the middle of the night for those sleepy feedings. The pull down side helps significantly and pulling them on to the bed to look in the bassinet is a great feature.
