So Comfy, I Feel Asleep Wearing Them
I tried several ear buds, including AirPods, but they were either uncomfortable or wouldn’t stay in my ears. Frankly, these didn’t look like they would be comfortable either. I was wrong. Along with great sound, they are so comfortable, I fell asleep wearing them the first night. Great purchase!

I love the sound quality and being able to control the equalizer. My only issue is that the cuffs are very flexible. They don't feel secure when they are on.

Great sound
The sound quality is great for music, audio books, but not as much for mobile phone calls. Microphone seems not to work well on phone calls, but it could be a setting. Battery life is not amazing, but the sound quality makes up for it. Minimalist functionality available on the buds via the buttons, but better than nothing.

Stops working
I'm on my second pair in a year. One ear bud continues to stop working. I have never dropped them I don't let them get wet. They just stop working.

This is so sad
Unfortunately, I am having a bad experience with these earbuds; they turned out to be defective, as the volume is far too low. Furthermore, when I filed a claim, I wasn't given the option to choose the same color as my original purchase. What a terrible experience.

Awesome Features
Had for a few weeks and it’s a great investment. The sound is clear and crisp. The vibration is unreal it makes you want to dance. The setting put you in the music and the sounds come from all sides. The look is clean and sleek. The feel is not cheap but just perfect. Charging does not take long and the battery is everything that it says it is (long life). I highly recommend this product especially for the comfort and sound. Can wear all day without it hurting your ears or feeling heavy. It is very light weight.

Best ever earbuds.
The design of these earbuds is life changing. I can wear my earbuds all day to listen to music or take phone calls seamless transition between activities and still hear my real life going on around me. And if that weren’t enough, Bose sound quality is top shelf, as always.

Game changer
Within the last year, I have purchased 3 sets of the Bose Ultra open earbuds ( I gifted 2) I wear mine just about every day while walking listening to music with the ability to still hear my surroundings without compromising the audio quality. They cradle comfortably on your ear and never fall out!!

They can’t hear me clearly
I bought this about a month ago I love Bose speakers I have 2 Bose flex sound link gen2 2 speakers Then I bought the earbuds. Apparently the issue is whenever I connected them to my phone because I need them while driving to talk about my work there is a big trouble I need to shout ( speak very loudly ) otherwise nobody can hear me clearly I am disappointed because of they costs a lot literally I don’t deserve this

Pleasantly Surprised
These are actually really cool! I was a little skeptical about how these would play and sound and fit, but I was pleasantly surprised and do really like them. They don’y connect for calls or use of a microphone (obviously), so not great for that, but they are otherwise super neat and sound great. I’m excited to use them for my runs and outdoor exercise

Amazing!
I saw quite a few influencers that were using these. I have AirPods and AirPod pros but I don’t really love that they go down in my ears and I wanted to pair that do not cut off the sound completely so when I’m out on walks, I can hear when people come up behind me and I can hear cars I feel like this pair is fantastic. I absolutely love them when I’m cleaning the house for listening to music or books on tape. I don’t think that they’re amazing for phone calls as I’ve noticed a lot of people say that they can’t hear me, but I do absolutely love them for everything else. The sound quality is amazing and it feels like it’s all around me when it’s just in my ear the other thing that is crazy as I cannot fill these I often wear a beanie when I’m out walking and I have to keep reaching up to touch my ear, cause it feels like they’ve fallen off. They are so comfortable.

Sound quality is not loud. Nice concept but its not for me. I like to hear my music in the gym. Definitely lack the bass and quality of music. I'll be returning mine. Not worth the price if you can't hear your music clear.
