Dial Antibacterial Deodorant White Bar Soap - 3pk

Bought the white bar, Refresh and Renew recently. I've used Dial soap for 50 years and never had a problem. This reformulated white soap makes my skin burn and itch while I'm using it, and afterwards! Made my son's skin flaky & dry.

Saddened by the change of scent in the white bar soap. Innovation is fine but produce a new product instead. It's a shame to have to find a new soap after so many years of loyal use.

I remember using Dial Soap when I was a child, and I am now in my eighties. So I picked up a package of white Dial at the store and put one bar out, on my bathroom sink. In a couple of days of use, it became shriveled, cracked, furrowed, and so ugly-looking that I didn't want any potential guests to encounter it, so I put it out of sight. In a drawer, of course it was useless, so I replaced it with an attractive handmade soap that I found at my local Farmers Market. I'm very happy with my artisan soap! Still trying to figure out what to do with my ugly Dial bar... which looks like it belongs in a big ugly metal sink, in a basement laundry room... not my artistically decorated bathroom. (Not even passable on my kitchen sink, unfortunately...)

I'm an old lady and have been using dial soap for a long time. Why on earth have you changed it? Raise the price if you have to. Make the bars smaller if you have to. But leave the dang formula and scent alone! So tired of this in so many of the products I've used my entire life.

Bring back the original white, this soap has a scent which we don't want. Switching to another brand.

I love dials soap and body wash I buy the dial gold and white but dial white is the best it gets you fresh and clean when I shower with dial white it’s gets the dirt off my body I’m fresh ❤️ The best

Thought I purchased a bar of soap that was still for sensitive skin as I've done for many years to recently learn that dial change this "White" product composition causing skin irritation & rash. Not cool and very misleading advetising

I've used White Dial Bar Soap for more than 25 years. The new scent is so horrible, I lost sleep over the unpleasant scent, when I accidentally tried it. I immediately threw it in the trash, after sealing in foil.

I've used Dial soap for over 40 years and now you have ruined it by putting a terrible fragrance in it. I am severely sensitive to fragrances, I get migraine headaches from them & now I can't use the only soap I have used for years. I opened the bar of soap to use & couldn't believe the smell. I looked to make sure I bought the same thing I usually buy. I will have to find something else if Dial stays this fragrant.

Its now terrible! This USED to be the best soap. A few month ago i noticed that it smelled different, then like others i started to get a rash and break out. I couldnt figure out where the rash was coming from..... IT'S THE SOAP! I searched the internet to see if anyone else noticed the change and i come to find that many others have experienced the same thing. (Rash and breaking out) I will no longer buy this soap. Way to ruin a good thing. (Im afraid to even try your other products now)

Excellent products-nice clean smell not too much fragrance and doesn’t dry out skin like I thought it would. It’s white so I hope they did not bleach out the color and it’s just natural.

I've been using Dial for 25 years. Please bring back the previous version of Dial White, this Renew and Refresh version caused a skin reaction and is too scented for someone with sensitive skin.

I started using white Dial bar soap when I was in college back in 1973. (Sometimes I also used their pink bar which really smelled great but it's long gone!) I still use Dial after I work out at a gym because the benches and exercise mats can get a little funky from the other gym members. The antibacterial ingredient used in the soap has changed in recent years and it's somewhat irritating to my skin. However, that's not the fault of the company that manufacturers Dial -- the federal government forced all soap manufacturers to stop using the old antibacterial ingredient. So the soap isn't as great as it used to be but it's still great, in my opinion. I just wish there was a new, less irritating antibacterial ingredient that could be used in the soap.

So upset they’ve changed the formula which worked for me for most of my life. I have super sensitive skin and this new formula immediately caused itching and and rash. Why would you change something so many people trust? I cannot use this soap. Total waste to have bought it and now I don’t know what I’ll be able to use instead. Utter failure Dial.

Dial soap bars these are freaking horrible causes me to itch and break out. Why would you change the ingredients when the previous original bar was just fine. These bars are aweful and I hope customers stop buying them until you switch back to the original one. We are done buying them until you go back . This doesn't even deserve one star that's how ridiculous it is. Go back to the original one .

Why discontinue a staple product that people have trusted for years? Dial white was perfect before and now is horrible. Will no longer be purchasing. I have purchased cetaphil instead. You have just lost another customer.

I bought this soap a month ago and IT’S TERRIBLE! It’s slippery,smells and is far LESS satisfactory than the prior edition.WHY was it changed? To be more vegan? Really? Who was demanding that? Please revert to the original formula… Thank you…

I started Dial because I have sensitive hands and I enjoyed using them. When my old batch ended, recently I opened a new batch and in two days my hands started cracking and bleeding around the finger joints. It was not hard to pinpoint the reason as the only change was the new batch I started using and I found out hat they changed the freaking formula. Were the new young MBA's at corporate tired of the success of the company?

I can’t handle the scent on the new Refresh and Renew. Please bring back the plain White. Thank you
