Touch buttons do not work
I bought this about 6 weeks ago cleaned it.. the power is on with the auto button and when you touch the buttons nothing happens… trying to figure out whey the buttons do not work when touching them very frustrating!!

Do not buy anything from this company. They do not supply replacement filters making you humidifier useless.

Barely Works
I bought these over the summer to use in my plant room during the winter. Very easy to set up, but they do not work as described. The mist barely comes out and rolls down the side. I have tried different settings and fill levels with the same results. Super disappointing 😞

Stopped working after one month
What I really liked about this humidifier was the warm mist and the UV light. The warm mist stopped working after 1 month so who knows if the UV is even working anymore. Very disappointed because I really liked it, but breaking after one month is unacceptable.

Poorly made
I have had this less than two years and it worked fine until I cleaned it and now the power won’t even turn back on I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works

Dirty inside tube
I can’t use the humidifier because there’s dirt inside the tube where the mist comes out in the water tank.

Works great but has Cheap parts
My lid has broken where the 2 prongs that push down on the piece to allow the moisture to come out has snapped off and I cannot use it. I just need a new lid.

Pure waste on money. I bought this product which comes as 2 units. The first unit worked okay for a few days and water started leaking all over the counter. So put that aside and tried the second unit, it’s not turning on. What a waste for a few days of use.

Was a gift a year ago just took it out of box 3 days ago it puts out a minute of steam and then stops unless I take lid off put it back on I have taken it apart put it back and does the same thing just stops it’s very pretty , but doesn’t work so sad I gave it a 2 because it is pretty

Not the best product.
I bought the 2 pack from a local store. I ran one consistently in my dining room. One day it just stopped putting out mist. I did all the trouble shooting steps and still can't get it to work. I would not recommend.

Easy filling!
We bought the Double Pack at Costco. The primary reason was the easy top fill design which made refilling a breeze. We used another Costco brand that was larger capacity but more complicated to refill. However, we also experienced the dust/film problem which is very annoying. Our water is not hard, we have a good softening system. I will write to the manufacturer and hope they will explain what the film/dust is. If not remedied we will return it to COSTCO.

i was given to me as a gift in Jan and here it is Feb and one of the ones stoped working? It was working great for my husband who has had sinus problems and when we hooked it up in our room he was feeling so much better but than it doesn't work- i am very disappointed because i heard good things about this product

We bought the two pack from costco. The first one stopped working and the second, we have so much white stuff to wipe off everything. So stopped using it. Bought a different brand and model with no issues.

Great humidifier….for 2 months.
Solid 4-1/2 star humidifier… for about 2 months. Now will no longer power on. Has only seen distilled water and it inexplicably lost power today. Have inspected and tried different outlets to no avail.
