Excellent cleaning performance and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Dyson Spot+Scrub AI for a few weeks and I am very impressed. The suction is powerful and removes dirt and stains with ease. The scrubbing function works brilliantly on carpets and upholstery, while the heating feature helps surfaces dry much faster. It has excellent maneuverability, making it easy to clean around furniture and in tight spaces. The water tank is simple to fill and empty. Overall, it is a high-quality machine that performs exactly as expected and I would highly recommend it.

Disappointed
I have been reviewing the Dyson Spot +Scrub Ai for the last 4 weeks. The docking station itself is huge, and the instructions tell you to ensure you have 50 cm each side and 1.5 metres clear in front of the product. It also obviously needs to be near a plug socket. I had to install mine in the middle of the hallway to meet the criteria. Not a great look when guests arrive and dangerous when grandchildren are visiting!!! You really do need a large house. The interactive installation was very good, and it did not take too long to program the robot. Once the clean began, it soon became apparent there were issues:- The Fibre Filaments are supposed to mop up dirt particles, but all they seem to do is spin and spray the dirt around. They are also not good on edges of rugs and a hard floor. My rug is 18cm away from the bottom of my sofa and 8 cm on the other side of the room. It could not pick up the dirt here. The device cannot go under dining chairs so would have to move out every time the robot is used and does not get the dirt out of corners of the room. As it cannot climb stairs, you still need an upright vacuum. You also need the upright to use the nozzle attachments for cleaning under sofas and along room edges. It knocks against my glass sideboard on each sweep which potentially could cause serious damage to property. Cleaning behind doors is an issue if you do not have the space between furniture to open them at an appropriate angle. This device would be more suitable for a minimalist home without doors and with wooden floors without rugs. This would however remove the need for the clean function option. I was looking forward to trial this unit but have been very disappointed with the results.

Great Cleaner Once You Get It Connected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Dyson Spot + Scrub AI as part of a Use & Review trial, and my experience has been mostly positive so far. The biggest downside for me was the setup. I found it quite difficult to get started because the machine wouldn’t connect to my home Wi-Fi. Even after multiple attempts, it still wouldn’t connect, and I ended up using my boyfriend’s mobile hotspot to complete the setup. I hope Dyson can improve this, as it made the initial experience more frustrating than it should have been. Once I got it working, though, the performance has been impressive. It does a really good job of cleaning the floors and picks up most dirt and marks effectively. It occasionally misses a spot here and there, but that’s not something that happens often. One of my favourite things about it is the convenience. It’s genuinely a stress reliever knowing I don’t have to think about vacuuming or mopping the floors as often because the machine takes care of most of the work. It saves time and helps keep the floors consistently clean with very little effort from me. Overall, despite the Wi-Fi setup issues and the occasional missed spot, I’m happy with the Dyson Spot + Scrub AI. The cleaning performance and convenience outweigh the initial setup frustrations, and it’s made keeping my floors clean much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great machine. Mapped the house with great accuracy, excellent suction and cleaning and the wet cleaning of hard floors was also excellent. The way in which it emptied itself after every clean was also excellent and very innovative. It could probably do with having some sort of height sensor to avoid it getting stuck under couches which occurred occasionally. The App to control it was very good and easy to use. A brilliant product!

Great features & compact design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was delighted when i received an E-mail from Dyson to take part in a trial of one of there products and was excited to find out it was the Ai spot and scrub. once we received the product it didn't take long to set up and get it working. Once it had mapped the house it got straight into going to work cleaning and scrubbing the suction on the vacuum was really great and it got right into all the nooks and crannies.Maneuverability was also really good only down side was its height it was slightly to high to get between the kickboards and the kitchen units but apart from that it was great.it was easy to fill the tank and didn't take long for the water to heat up it made a great job of washing and drying the floors. with all the tanks on the docking station as well it was so simple to fill and empty the tanks and empty the vacuum cylinder. the schedule makes life so easy as well, nice to come home to a clean house after a hard days work.

Robot
Was slow to start as found online instructions tricky. Getting better now and it’s doing a good job. Unfortunately the wash cycle doesn’t get right up to the walls and obviously can’t get in the corners. Generally good

A Real Time-Saver for Homes with Cats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were given this product to test and provide feedback. When it first arrived, we were surprised by how large it is. We managed to find a place for it in our living room, but it is quite noticeable, so we would recommend that future buyers make sure they have enough space for the docking station. As expected, it cannot climb stairs, so in our home it doesn’t clean the bathroom or balcony because we’d rather not carry it between floors, especially as it is fairly heavy. It is slower than vacuuming manually, but we really enjoy being able to control it from our phone and put our feet up while it does the work. We experienced a couple of glitches with the app, and occasionally the robot gets stuck. Usually we have to lift it slightly or send it back to the charging dock to reset before it can continue. We couldn’t get the wet mopping function to remove stains from our carpets. This may be because we don’t have the Dyson cleaning solution, or perhaps the mopping function is designed mainly for hard floors rather than carpets. Overall, we’ve become used to having it around and find it genuinely helpful for keeping the house clean with minimal effort. The best thing about it is that it has kept the cat hair situation under control!

I brought The Dyson spot and scrub for my wife She found easy to use And a very good Item . The only thing I would say if you pay a lot of money for this You can't even give us Throw wash for washing the floor we have to buy it I think a sample bottle or bottle put in would be a good gesture . It seems a bit petty not to give something with the money spent . Overall a very good purchase Mick Henderson

Fabulous cleaner
Easy to set up and cleans really well. We have vinyl plank floors and I was concerned it may damaged them however they have never looked so good. Its great if you have a heavily shedding dog too.

Great feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I think this is a very good idea, especially for larger homes. The suction is good, and the scrubbing function works well. I really like that you can select a specific area to clean or mop instead of the whole room. It’s especially useful if only part of the floor needs washing, and the option to choose one or two cleaning passes is a great feature. The heating function helps the floor dry quickly, and the tank is easy to refill. However, the maneuverability around chairs, table legs and along skirting boards could be better. You need to move smaller furniture out of the way, and some edges still need to be cleaned by hand. Overall, it’s a well-designed machine with useful features, but there is still a little room for improvement.

A game changer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Dyson spot+scrub Ai. It cleans very satisfactorily. It has great suction (we have 4 cats and a dog) and does a great mop. We find it better to set it up so that it does half the house at a time as the battery charge doesn’t last for the whole house. We are careful to make sure that we pick up mats and any other items so that it doesn’t have problems with obstacles. However I find the App hard to navigate. You can’t go back and see what rooms you have scheduled for a clean and it is just not very user friendly.

A blooming expensive gadget
Hmmmm. Think we quite like it but the Room mapping is not as good as it should be and it leaves soapy marks on the wooden floor when washing. Dyson need to include a bottle of detergent to use in the box. Also some basic instructions especially for set up and trouble solving would be good rather than having to search for everything on the website. Also the Dyson app wouldn’t download onto my wife’s phone so guess who has now been lumbered !

Wish I’d bought one years ago!! Love it! How easy it is to use. Worried about how our fur baby would react but after the initial start and a few barks it’s funny how Mopsy bumps into the dog and then goes around him 😆

Easy to set up
This machine is great I have trouble with my back so I had trouble with hooking and mopping floors I had robot when they originally came out but that was remote control and was only capable of a light clean but this I first used when it was as bad as it could get and still cleaned it all I was concerned with high price tag if it wasn’t worth but so far I’m pleased with it and it was easy to set up even though I’m in my 60’s
