It’s ok but needs some firmware updates
About a month old now , pros are it picks up fur really well and the cleaning station is great , downside is the navigation, and rugs , it struggles to climb over very low rugs and ends up bunching them up. It also goes under the tv cabinet and grabs the cable box , unplugging everything at least once a week. It also ran over my dogs tail and she yelped as it hurt her… Hopefully an update will fix it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I'm so impressed with the Dyson Spot and Scrub AI. It’s an absolute game changer, especially for busy households. Mopping and hoovering is one more chore you can cross off your list. The machine is powerful and cleans the floor thoroughly, getting right into corners and little nooks and crannies. It leaves your home sparkling clean and fresh. From the kitchen and bathroom to your carpets and rugs, leaving them lovely and fluffy. I love how smoothly it moves in around chairs and tables and other obstacles without getting stuck. The app is easy to use, it allows you to schedule cleaning for any time of the day, to choose individual rooms or to clean the whole house. It's even takes care of emptying the dirty tank and let you know when it needs attention. You have the choice to use hot water to wash your floors which is fantastic. It’samazing to watch it do the jobs for you, saving you time and taking one or more tasks off your list, leaving you to focus on other things, especially when you're working from home. I am absolutely delighted with it. It is a real game changer for any busy home.

Technology is good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the unit has very good technology, I find that you really need a clutter free home to get the best out of it. You need an area big enough for the docking station to sit and allow the vacuum/wash cleaner to leave and return without any obstacles. I found that the vacuum side sweepers do not reach the base boards in the kitchen or close enough to living room furniture. The vacuum/wash cleaner unit is quite heavy for me to carry up the stairs and down again and that it will only vacuum and will not wash the bathroom floors as the wash function needs to start from the docking station, which for me defeats the object of having the duel action unit? If you have a minimalist home, this unit would be ideal for you, you can map and schedule days to vacuum and wash your floors. The more you use it the quicker the side sweepers will need to be changed. I do like the functions of being able to map areas and schedule times of days to vacuum and wash, also being able to target specific areas for vacuuming or washing on top of your normal scheduled times, when extra cleaning is needed. The filling of the water tank and the emptying of the dirty water tank is very straightforward, as is the emptying of the vacuum dry bin, although, I found I needed to press the release button really hard for the dry bin to open to discard the dirt into my waste bin (it may get easier the more I use it). Overall, if my home were clutter free this unit would be ideal and I could forget about vacuuming and washing of floors and let the unit do it all, but it’s not, and the reason for the 4 star is due to not being able to wash upstairs so it’s back to my other floor cleaner (also a Dyson).

Reasonably good robot but needs some improvement
I am overall reasonably happy with this robot. The positives are it has a good roller system for washing, (ie not the pointless rotating pads that just move the dirt around). You can use it on multi levels and do a number of different cleaning combinations, it uses very little water or cleaner and this can be adjusted. Overall it cuts down a lot of time. The suction is ok but could be better. The negatives are the mapping makes no sense and so you can't isolate certain rooms to clean as its impossible to tell which room is which, (its best just to join an area together). You cant do too big an area or it gets confused and stops cleaning. Sometimes it will skip rooms altogether or just go a bit nuts and require re-mapping. Sometimes it starts cleaning and then goes back to dock saying its finished when it is not. There is a bit of a design flaw where the dirty water goes into the tank, its just a tube that gets blocked and very difficult to clean as it is not removable. This results in the dirty water overflowing when blocked. This robot would be much better if it mapped when it goes around the outside edge of the room as it starts cleaning. I would also like to be able to make the "no clean area" much smaller or be able to isolate furniture to not clean around.

Frastrated customer
I still can’t set it up to operate correctly, won’t wash upstairs floor, wifi issues, cleaning issues it’s really frustrating me. It’s heavy and I can’t have it in the laundry as it needs a flat surface to reverse back up into. You need a large open area to store the docking station and I have limited space in a town house.

Great when works.
We brought one earlier this year Had sensor faults sent away to be looked at Received another brand-new machine and now have issues with the clean water tank sensor so it will not mop, we have to send it away again to be looked at. It's a great machine when it's working but now we've had two major faults in less than six months. Disappointing

Could be better.
This one is better than my previous Dyson robot vacuum cleaner, but not as user friendly when it comes to giving it instructions for each clean. The setup on the app is devilishly tricky, & took me about a week. Still not sure if it's right. My sister-in-law gave up & returned her unit. However, this one does have better suction for rugs & gets much closer to the edges with the brushes. But corners are still not 100%

Great design but has its flaws
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dyson looks very smart, but is quite a large unit to keep somewhere out of the way. I positioned ours in the kitchen, a fairly central position in the house. I wanted it to clean the kitchen, hallway, cloakroom and office which is all hard flooring. The setup of the Dyson was fairly staightforward in mapping the floor layout with all the obstacles like tables, chairs, dog bed, etc. I set it to clean at 1am each morning, alternating between vacuuming and scrubbing the floor. The first couple of times it seemed to work well in vacuuming the floor and then washing it. However, on several occasions, the Dyson app would show that it completed the clean in very few minutes. The app shows where the Dyson had cleaned and it seemed very sporadic, missing out complete areas. This was the same for both vacuuming and washing. I even tested it during the daytime on a manual vacuum and it only did sporadic parts of the kitchen and office. When it did work well, the suction of the Dyson is very good and I particularly like the way it transfers the dry rubbish from the robot to the main docking station so you don't have to empty the robot every time it docks. The storage tanks for the clean and dirty water is great as they are dead easy to empty or refill. I like the way that the Dyson heats up the solution to make it easier to clean the floor rather than using cold water. Other occasions when I've watched the robot do a wash of the floors, it will start close to the docking station, but not finish washing the kitchen, then go to the office which is furthest point, then back to kitchen and go over what it has already done. It would then return to the docking station to clean rollers/recharge, then off again and clean what it's already done, but then not finish the rest of the kitchen. It did not follow any logic for a AI powered robot. One of the most enfuriating things was when trying to connect to the robot when it was docked and the app said it couldn't connect and to try again. I would then press the power button on the robot to then see if it would connect to the app, but no, it would go into a self clean cycle, which effectively stopped it from seeing my phone/app anyway.
