It has a good texture and does its job at getting rid of a red bottom/ diaper rash. The maximum strength works fast to give your baby comfort to keep moving. What I loved: cream is odorless, and worked well. Baby's skin looked great in the morning. What could be better: the cream is very very thick. This made it so it didn't spread as well and fast. Not a problem if baby is content but sometimes he wants the diaper change to be done asap 😅.

Although it has a big zinc oxide content (40%) it doesnt let my baby skin feeling dry, the Peruvian balsam really gets the job done. I find this max strength ointment perfect for bedtime, because its when the wet diapers may be prolonged, or when baby skin is getting red, just to prevent, but it also treats diaper rash.
