Bad Filter
The filter came with the pitcher was fast enough however the next filter I bought was really slow so I bought a new one thinking that one maybe defective… this one is even slower. I see in the comments that other people are having the same issue. So they are selling old or defective Pur filter at Target.

So SLOW
I have this filter for a one gallon pitcher. It takes over an hour for the entire thing to filter. There are 5 people in my family. This is not functional for us. The filter that came with the pitcher was so much faster. Did I just get one that was clogged or packed too tightly.

Tastes weird and it's unreasonably slow
Replaced the filter of our Pur pitcher after following theri instructions about two weeks ago. For over a week, filtered water had a weird taste. Now it tastes okay. However, it's been filtering the water really slowly. It takes over an hour to filter a single water refill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy very self explanatory. Had you soak the filter in water for 15 minutes. I emptied the water out maybe 3 times to be safe. But I’ve enjoyed it so far like that it came with an extra filter and the light tells you when it needs to be changed

So far, after a month of use, it seems this filter will last me longer than the last model I used to use, or the generic ones offered online. The taste is also improved. Specially for someone like me who is pregnant & sensitive to the way the water I drink taste like.

Easy to install
