Q: Does it come with a red plastic cover?

A: No. I just received mine 4/2025 and it does not. I previously bought a 3-pack that has this size and two smaller sizes and all three of those came with lids. The lid from my previous purchase fits.

Baked a cake at 325° for 28 minutes. Took the cake out and the whole glassware shattered in under 5-7 minutes while cooling.

Purchased this for a non-traditional use - 8 am a neuroscientist and like to use Pyrex dishes for setting up Western blot transfers. I picked up this size to have more room to work. I also love the cut out handles for extra safety when carrying it from the bench to the sink. (Also bought one for home and love it for baking!)
