A: Quip website says 360 degree toothbrush takes 6-8 hours to charge fully. Light will go green for 10 seconds before going out. Disconnect and reconnect to check for green light.

A: Thanks for your question! The charging connector on all Quip devices are USB and can only be plugged into a USB port, which is 5V DC and universal everywhere.

Bought this back in Feb. It first thing first. It looks great. Thats about it. The head "spinning" action is abysmal. The 3 settings it comes with increase by a factor of .01 it seemed like. I thought it was defective. got a warranty and so i got another one and nope same exact thing. this product is being sold at the same price as a oral-b electric tooth brush. I shouldve bought that instead. The brush head on these also dont last long. after a week of use i had to already replace it. . do your self a favor and save your self a headache and buy a different toothbrush.

I've been using this for a little over 6 months now. The size of the rotating brush head is small enough to reach behind and clean my molars. It cleans well at the gum line as well. The rechargeable battery holds the charge for weeks of use. The brush attaches easily to the charging stand and I usually charge it overnight. The brush head easily snaps off to change and the new one snaps on. The three brushing speed/intensities adapt to what I need at different times. Between brushing with this and flossing I don't fear going to the dentist.
