Avoid at all costs

I have three of these TVs in my house and I wish I could return them all. The processing is extremely slow and I constantly have no sound issues. I spend more time unplugging these TVs to reset them than I do actually watching a show.

Had curbside pickup for this 55” tv. A short, young man physically carried out the tv by himself bumping it with his knee and barely able to see where he is going. Once connected at home the screen was damaged. Upon return there were more available and I needed to go to pick up at another store. I was very disappointed with the curbside pickup. An employee should not be carrying a large item alone without a flatbed.

Awful smart TV experience.

The picture is great, but basically everything else about this TV makes me wish I bought something else. The google interface and apps are both slow. Updates and pop ups occur at awful times (IN THE MIDDLE OF A SHOW). The remote feels nice but the signal either doesn't reach the TV or takes a while to register.

Loving the overall quality of this Google Smart TV by TCL. Definitely worth the price I'm paying for. Works well with PlayStation 5 as well.

Tv damaged and target says theres only instore return??

The tv was came damaged and want me to return the tv all by myself where the box won’t even fit in the car??? they have only in store return option!! And they won’t send anyone for pick it up. Please don’t buy from target
