for larger size even if the pillows are still in original wrap/package...just disappointing:-/

It's not exactly the same length as a body pillow, but it's perfectly sized for me to hug onto it at night and it stays fluffy. I do like this one, but I'd never use it for my head.

I didn't like it at all. It was too hard and very lumpy. It was also too flat.I gave it to my husband

It is difficult to get the pillow to stay where you want it to. It depresses when I lay my head on it and does not provide support. When I put my head on it, all the support goes off in another direction. I wind up having to double up the thickness to get the proper support. I would not buy this pillow again.

Idk how this product sells. Especially for what it’s going for. Highly disappointed. Can’t even use. No cushion. Feels like a pillow that would be in a motel 6. Maybe even worse. No cooling effect. Now I’m stuck with useless pillows.

Trying to find a pillow I love. The ones I bought are a little firmer than I’d like. Giving them a chance, hoping like them.

The removable fill allowed me to adjust the pillow's height and shape to one that works for me and I have been sleeping well on it. The pillow's only downsides are that the remaining fill is a bit lumpy and one side of the pillow case has "pilled" slightly after its first wash.

I'm a side, back and belly sleeper so I wanted something that would adjust with my movements. This pillow is it. I love it.

Poor quality, support and no returns even tho not used. Never again. And this is after having purchased in the past a mattress and multiple pillows. Not the same quality pillows even tho the same name.

I tried the cloud adjustable pillow for the first time and there is a reason why this is their best selling pillow. It is amazing. It has solved my neck pain. I am a back and side sleeper and this pillow is so comfortable for switching positions. I love it!

I sleep on a tempur pedic mattress and have used tempur pedic pillows for the past ~15 years. This is my first time with a cloud pillow, and the quality is just as excellent as every other tempur pedic product. Absolutely wonderful!

For a queen sized pillow, I found it undersized and in need of more fill. If the idea of the "adjustable" pillow is to add/subtract fill, I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be if fill was taken out. It would be entirely too flat. Very disappointed with my purchase.

I got this pillow back in November because I was intrigued by the adjustability factor and the fact that I am a side sleeper and the temper-cloud pillow I had before was not described to be supportive for that position of sleep. When I first laid my head on the pillow it felt like a dream, I felt like my head was supported all around, but then as I didn’t move that well rounded support began to feel like a hole. I flipped the pillow over thinking it might help, but that side flattened faster than first side. Due to a defect in the first pillow I ordered I was given a second and so I took some stuffing from the defected pillow and added it to the good one, but even that did not change the experience. The good thing is that the cooling technology was top notch. If you like to cuddle pillows or require little support than this pillow is for you.

After purchasing several different memory foam pillows, I was happy to have found these; comfortable, no matter the sleep position!

I had a king tempur-pedic solid foam pillow prior to ordering this one - I ordered it for the "cooling" factor but there did not seem to be a significant difference for me and the support left my neck hurting and feeling like I had slept wrong

Very disappointed, one of the zippers has broken. Not worth the price.
