Not the same as Hydrogel patches
Be careful — these are NOT the same as the Tiger Balm Hydrogel patches (the ones that say “Hydrogel” in bold on the box). These claim to have hydrogel, but there’s barely any compared to the real hydrogel version. They also don’t stick well and kept falling off. The patches are small, don’t stretch, and didn’t provide much pain relief. I wouldn’t recommend these. You’re better off getting the Hydrogel patches or even the Tiger Balm ointment. Amazing relief/needs improved adhesive
This patch works very well for pain relief. It is my go to now for any sciatica pain and has helped ease pain for a family member that experiences extreme back pain due to an injury. The only downside is the adhesive, I found the patch falling if I changed my clothes.

I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that causes sciatica. I’ve been on the couch in a bad mood all day because I was in so much pain. Grabbed these and cried tears because it gave me SO much relief. Cannot recommend these enough. I will be buying more to always have on me. After just 10 minutes of having it on, I was off the couch and moving around.

stick with the ointment
did absolutely nothing. i love both the white & red actual ointment tiger balm in the tins so thought the patch would be a less messy version. i put one on my lower back and felt nothing and i had to adjust it a million times because it kept coming unstuck in spots

These dont work !
I personally DID not like these patches ! Didn’t notice any type of relief in my back where I was having pain, I usually use the ointment which works immediately! But they didn’t have any at my target . Returning these
