Waste of money
Day one - won't connect both although fully charged. Other headphones of mine have zero issue connecting so my phone isn't the problem. Worst $20 that I've ever spent.

Worth the buy
These headphones are convenient , small and reliable. They keep a decent charge for a good while. The sound is just enough to where it's not too quiet at its max but also not so loud at the max that you have to turn it down. I use to have issues with previously owned headphone where they were so sensitive it was hard to listen to anything or have a conversation because every little movement it felt from my jaw moving through talking causing them to move my ears or if my hair brush up against them they make a sound notification that interrupt your conversation or the music your trying to listen to. So frustrating to the point you just snatch them out your ear. I was a little concerned about buying these for fear that they would have sensitivity issues like the other touch devices have but these do not. They respond to touch when they are supposed to and not all the time randomly. I also love the battery indicator on the casing that shows how much battery you have and not just a red dot light that basically says it needs charging but can't tell you how much. You have to look on the device it's connected to to see where the charge rate may be. The one thing I can say that makes me frustrated with these headphones is that they are really hard to hold on to because the finish is so smooth. The case is already smalls so every time I go to open it because it's so smooth it slips easily from my hand. The headphones as well. The finish is so smooth it makes it hard to keep a grip on it. I have dropped the case several times now because the finish is so smooth. Although I love the design and the matte finish, maybe something a bit more gripable or even if you can put some grip tabs on the side and at the opening of the case. I think that's what makes it slip out my hand because it has that smooth finish and the opening has no lip to really grip it to open it so it slips. If it had not been for this one issue that I'm having I would have given them a 5 star rating. I hope what I'm saying is easy to understand.

Constant charging issues!!!!!!
Battery life is average, sound quality is good, but the case often refuses to charge for no discernable reason. I thought it could be the amperage of the type-C charger I was using, but sometimes a cable that previously worked and charged the case as intended just stops working and the case will not charge it. This is not an issue I've ever had with a device before. You get what you pay for, I guess. Either just go the extra mile and buy some airpods, or get cheap wired earbuds.

Hello, if you are still struggling to charge, try fully charging the case without the earbuds. After full charge remove the charging cable and put the earbuds in the case to charge. This will reset the charging controls.
