    Waste of money for me

    I was hoping it would help my blood sugar. It didn't do anything for that. It didn't do anything for my digestion. As a matter of fact, it made it worse. On the plus side, it does dissolve very well and doesn't add a taste.

    Best one out there

    Ok first of all I am on ozempic and I just couldn’t go #2 for days at the time, after trying different things I like this supplement the best, I am going everyday now and I love the fact that this powder is completely soluble, adds fiber to my diet and it doesn’t add a lot of flavor to whatever you mix it with, It did made me feel a bit odd the first week or so of taking it but it has helped me a lot

    Sweet no more

    This product used to have a slightly sweet taste. The one I received in my last order has a very unpleasant taste. I’m now searching for a new brand with chicory root.

    Changed Formula

    I buy this all the time. This seems to be the only one available now thats like fibersure, which used to be available in drugstores. The swanson one has changed recently. It used to be granular and dissolve easily, now its like powder and does nothing but make a gummy clump! Why was a great product changed to make it worse?

    Soluble fiber is the best.

    I put it in my coffee in the morning. Dissolves well. No taste and I can put it in baked goods with the same result. Feel better digestively since starting.

    It's a good product

    Since I've been drinking inulin ,I have so much energy that it amazes me at my age ,I'm 70 yrs young .I notice I have alot of gas late night and early morning

    Inulin texture changed for the worse.

    I had been using this inulin for over a year and was very pleased with it. However my last two orders the texture of the inulin has changed from a fine granular texture to an overly powdery texture and now sticks to everything, clumps horribly, and does not dissolve well. I will be looking elsewhere for inulin from now on.

    Best products

    Indiscernible in Coffee

    Easy to mix with my morning coffee and impossible to tell it is in there. Not sure this is helping with anything, but have read many benefits including that it supports the growth of a special kind of bacteria that are associated with improving bowel function and general health. Inulin decreases the body's ability to make certain kinds of fats. Have not had a blood test since the order, so cannot address whether it has helped with blood cholesterol levels or triglyceride levels

    Great for hot coffee

    I put one serving into my hot coffee every morning. I stir for a few seconds and have no issues dissolving. I would describe it as slightly sweet, but I actually like that because you can taste the coffee more, but it's enough to cut the natural bitterness of the coffee. Overall very happy with the product.

    best product on the market

    I have been using Swanson Inulin for 5 years now, and I can't say enough about this product. I've tried every fiber supplement out there, and this is the best by far. I have never had any side effects, and I've never been more regular. I highly recommend this product....it's worth every cent.
