Stick to the power corded ones
Loses power and steam seconds after first use. I realize the description says "bursts of steam" but you only get about 1 burst before needing to dock it again. Unreliable unlike the corded version. I love my regular Rowenta. Sad this didn't work so well.

It's great! The only thing that I don't like is the color of the fill tank. The tank is a very dark blue and I can't see the amount of water going in, therefore, I tend to over fill it. Wish that the tank was a different color.

Cut the cord!
LOVE this iron! I have linen sheets which require ironing. This iron is so powerful, it ate all the wrinkles with hardly any extra steam. At first I was wording about having to put the iron back on the plate after 35 seconds, but then realized that is plenty of time to iron a section, and while you move the garment to a new section, it has reheated. Not dealing with the cord is a game changer!

Not so Hott!!!
The design is ergonomic and easy to handle,however the heating element doesn’t really stay hot long enough to iron your clothes without having to replace the iron on its base within 20 seconds. It’s like having an iron from the early days of placing it on the stove to heat up and then use it and then replace it back on the stove eye to gain more heat. I thought this iron would’ve been something I’d be raving about like my last Rowenta that lasted me 20 plus years without an issue. I’m a bit underwhelmed with this version and wished I had chosen a corded model for more efficiency!!

Free from Cord!
Product seems well made. Ironing without a cord is great. The trade off however is that you have to place back on the base frequently to reheat. This slows the process down a bit.

Spews water everywhere
Read the instructions, even watched videos but couldn’t stop the water from spewing everywhere. Even while on the resting platform, the iron leaks. Prior to this iron I had another Rowenta and it lasted me 10 years, but this is not the one to replace it.
