Portable and cord free
The way the canister empties is different to the earlier model which took some getting used to, but this has the same great features and lots of different nozzles for all cleaning needs, just needs ample charge before you start using!

No more bending
My 86 year old father has been using an ancient dust buster that barely sucks up anything and requires bending down to the floor with it. Seeing this I thought it would be perfect and it it. It is light weight and has good suction. The attachments are an extra benefit. If my floor vac ever dies I am getting one of these because with all hard surfaces I could get by with this and a dust mop.

So user friendly
It works great. Is the most user friendly vacuum I have ever used. Everything fits together with no hassle, just clicks easily into place. Easy to clean the filter. Probably doesn't have super suction, but certainly works well enough in my house. Great piece of machinery.

We never use the high setting mainly to preserve battery power and the low setting has plenty of suction. Great product. I like the way the canister opens and empties. Dust and animal hair doesn't get stuck in the canister like the older models.

I do like that its cordless and light weight..but it does feel a bit flimsy..the battery life could be better. It does work a heck of a lot better than the corded stick vac that i was using. I am not sure that i would spend this kind of money again on a stick vacuum.

Highly portable, powerful vacuum
When I adopted this hairy dog, I knew I needed a better vacuum. I didn’t have a ton to spend, so I chose an older model. I LOVE this vacuum. Every time I use it, I feel like I have a brand new rug! Highly recommend.

Perfect for my tiny place!
I use this in my 420 sq ft home. It mounted easily and the mount holds and releases the parts and the vacuum smoothly. The vacuum itself is amazing. It doesn't have a lot of time in the ultra suction mode, but I knew that when I bought it, but it has just enough for me to clean my entire place (420 sq ft) and vacuum my couch and do a couple spurts of the high suction in places that need it most.

I Love It
I love the stick vacuum. I am a very senior citizen and this vacuum is easy to use . I can't believe how much dirt it picks up for being a stick. I have carpeting in my house and it does a good job. Also does well on my kitchen vinyl floors. I have two stick vacuums...one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

It weighs about 8 lbs as opposed to my very heavy vacuum cleaner I was using before yet is cleans hardwood floors, underneath furniture, and rugs very well. The tools are an added bonus.

Very versitile
This vaccume is super versitile and perfect for carpeted stairs. The suction power of this little machine is surprising and we use it foe the whole house. Originally purchased this to do stairs and spot cleaning but we've replaced put standing vaccum with this one.

Good suction
I have a golden retriver that sheds a lot. I use this vacuum 2x daily. Easy to use since it's cordless and has decent power. Only wish charge lasted longer on max. Probably not good for a big house, but great for an apartment or smaller house. Easy to empty.

Great for parents with lots of littlest
I love this vacuume more than I thought a vacuume could be loved. I used to never vac, now I vac a few times a day. It’s easy and light weight so my kids can use it. I have chronic pain so this really helps with that as it’s light weight. It doesn’t get big stuff and if I have a huge job and mess I usually get out my big old vacuume but because I vac so frequently now it usually doesn’t come to that. I have 5 kids under 8 yrs old and this is a life saver! Wish I would have spent the money on it years ago.

Must have for households with children!
This vacuum was a life saver. My husband and I live in a small one bedroom house that is 600 square feet with a toddler. We can vacuum the entire floor and her dinner seat in one battery charge! It is soooo much easier than pulling out a big vacuum with cords to ravel up. We vacuum every day now. The pet attachment works on cloth furniture very well even with our long haired border collie.

It's the easiest to empty, has the best battery life, and doesn't clog like some of the other models. I was wary of buying one refurbished but so far it's working great and I haven't had any issues. It's been a game changer for us living in an RV with a German Shepherd!

We LOVE this vacuum! We have a house cat and a 10 month old and it can easily tackle any mess they make, plus it’s perfect for a quick clean up in the evenings to make sure our floors our clean for the next day. Love that it is cordless, makes vacuuming so much easier. Great product. Worth every penny.
