NOT PETITE

I was so surprised that these "petite" pills were SOOOO big. What a waste of money. I did not see the picture because I ordered it online, but, even so, the word "petite" is very misleading. Don't buy this if you have trouble swallowing large pills.

Still not small enough

I can't believe I i am the only one who has trouble taking large sized supplements. Even the Citracal Petites are still too large to swallow easily. I don't know if it is because it is in a caplet form, or if they're still just not small enough. I wish I could get calcium citrate in a small capsule. I am getting tired of having to throw up these pills because they get stuck in my throat and I can't get them to go down. Leaving them in my throat is not an option. I wish they could be made into smaller capsules.

Difference Between Mini and Petite Tablets

I thought I knew what Petite Tablets were until after I brought them. I did a research on Mini and Petite Tablets and found out that “mini" is often indicating a significant size reduction (like 50% smaller) and "petite" emphasizing a tailored, smaller size than a regular, also easier to swallow. These are easy to swallow which is good for me.

Easy to swallow!

These pills are relatively smaller and easy to swallow. Compared to my multivitamin, these are definitely smaller. I appreciate these have D3. It’s one less bottle to store, and one less pill I need to swallow

Much smaller than other calcium pills

Finally a smaller calcium pill. Thank you! I’ve been terrible about taking calcium pills in the past because not only did they upset my stomach, they also were hard to swallow. I don’t experience either of those issues with these.

Misleading advertising

Manufacturer changed the size, now says big tablets are Petite "Relative to the size of the MAXIMUM PLUS" monster pills. The change is only noted in very fine print that is likely to be overlooked, especially by older customers. I've used this product for years, but will no longer purchase.Shame on Bayer.

False Advertising

I, too, was deceived by your description. Two questions: 1. Do you read these reviews? 2. Will you change the size of these pills?

Easier to swallow

I finished one bottle of this vitamin. I specifically bought it because it said Petite pills and I have trouble swallowing most vitamins. I agree with other reviewers that the pill is NOT small BUT its elongated shape is different than most and for me it is easier to swallow.

Pill is not petite

What a shame that these Citracal petites are not really "petite". They're still quite large and sometimes get stuck in my throat. Why can't you make a truly smaller pill with Calcium Citrate? I'd much rather take a couple small pills instead of gagging on one large pill.

Too Large and Difficult to Swallow

These pills are large and difficult to swallow. I agree with the other reviewers - in that they are not petite enough. I am going to waste an entire bottle of these.

No vitamin K? Petites could still be smaller.

Vitamin K is very important to have in conjunction with calcium. Why is this not included, and if it is, it is not listed on the label. Also, while I am glad to have found your petite version they still can on occasion get stuck in my throat. Not as bad ad your regular size but still quite scary.

Changed size

I was using the smaller REAL petite size daily, and suddenly when I bought the petite, they were large, but still called petite on the label. I bought it months ago, with most left in it, because I have trouble swallowing the large size. I will look for another supplement that is the same size as your ORGINAL petite, since I need to continue calcium supplement. VERY disappointed.
