Midea 6.5qt WideMax 13-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker & Multi-Functional Programmable Slow Cooker, Steamer and more

I love this pressure cooker! I was looking for something that would make me feel more comfortable using a pressure cooker and I love the feature that directs the steam away from me when I vent the pressure after it is finished cooking! I also really like the wide pot as it makes it easy to stir and serve from. The controls are super simple and intuitive and this was a lot less intimidating to use than I was anticipating. This pressure cooker has all the bells and whistles that I would have expected from a pressure cooker and so far everything I've made in it has turned out perfect and it's super easy to clean as well! There are so many amazing recipes online so I don't think I'll have any problems finding fun dishes to try. If you've been on the fence about getting a pressure cooker, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try!

This pressure cooker is very easy to clean, and doesn’t take up much space. The chili setting is the one I use the most, and it cooks perfectly each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a few months after my review was overdue before I was shipped this Midea 5 quart 8 function pressure cooker from influenster. This cooker came with very basic instructions, but with a little playing around, it was easy to figure out how to use all the functions. The 5 quart inner pot has a nonstick coating, making it a breeze to clean. The pressure release is located at the front, and the steam comes out the back, so no chance of burning fingers is a real plus. It's nice how the pot is wide enough to fit a chicken or roast horizontally. I like how I can make soups start to finish in one pot. The Midea seems to get to pressure faster than my old branded multi cooker, possible due to the wider vs. deeper design. The machiene came with a recipe book and some basic plastic utensils and a steamer insert. The only thing I would like to change is for the lip of the insert pot to be wider or maybe a handle of sorts to remove the pot from the body of the cooker while hot. It is just a very narrow lip around the edge. It would make life easier to remove the inner pot to table than having to transfer contents when done. I've only used this about 10 times now, so I can't speak to the longevity of the machiene, seal, or the finish of the nonstick, but it seems to be a sturdy design. Measures about 1 foot square, so be prepared to make space. I hope this handy cook it all will last many years.

I haven't used it long enough to speak on its durability, so waiting to see how it holds up. It is a little bulkier than a traditional Instapot, so it does take up a bit more storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably this is the best thing I got, this pressure cooker saves me a lot of time for cooking, it is very voluminous, probably enough for a huge family of 5-6 people, the food in it is cooked perfectly and tasty and most importantly useful, I cooked stew and even a biscuit, it turned out perfect that even in the oven it did not work so well me, and it also has many different functions, as well as setting the cooking time and temperature, so this pressure cooker turns off after cooking this food and you don't have to worry that something will burn lol, all functions work perfectly and safely, it's very easy to wash it, nothing sticks and never burns in it, during the whole month and a half of testing, it has never failed, it seems very strong and durable, I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I was pretty satisfied with this product. The cooking functions seem to work well and the nonstick pot is a breeze to clean. The one negative I found was the vessel failed to pressurize during one cook. We were making chili using the chili function but it never stopped steaming. This may have been because the chili was already hot and somewhat thick. However, I’ve had a similar product for years with no such issue. Assuming the issue is a one off, I would recommend this product to someone looking for a good value pressure cooker.

It truly is a multi cooker, I was able to saute by veggies, add my beans and pressure cook, and then hit the sauce thickening button. No need to dirty up any other pans. One pot cook. Convenient!!.Also the safety feature when releasing the steam was definitely safe. I was able to make a dinner for 8.

I’ve only made rice and soup so far and it got the job done. Very easy to clean as the cooking bowl comes right out. It safely turns off right after it finishes its timer, great for a busy mom.

I was intimidated at first because my sister had one (another brand) and I heard horror stories (mainly user error), so I was a little nervous to try it, but once you figure it out, it's easy to do. The instructions are well-written and the cooker comes with a little booklet of recipes to get you started. I really like the stainless-steel look, too. All of our other appliances have the same look so it was nice to get one that matched. Anyway, great product, we've had no issues with it so far. The only thing I would recommend considering when you get this one, though, is its size. It actually takes up quite a bit of space on the counter and really sticks out.
