I should have read reviews- barely notice any color and on top of it my neck is all red itchy and irritated. I should have known when I started pouring it out. it looked like conditioner not hair dye. wont buy again

Didn't Color my Hair
I dyed my hair today with this product, B4 that I purchased in May 2025. I noticed it became very thick in the bottle after mixing it. I had to shake it several times to get it to come out. Maybe that was my warning that something was wrong. I put it on my hair and left it on 30 minutes. After rinsing it out, I noticed it barely colored my hair, and the gray was still showing. Kind of a dull color on my hair. I looked for an expiration date, but I didn't see one, only 70Z100.

You’d think with all the bad reviews they’d change the formula or get rid of the color.. I had high hopes that it would come out the color but it’s not even purple. It’s pink/red and not at ALL what I wanted. If I wanted red I would have gotten red..

Not Violet!
The color came out so red it was not even CLOSE to the color on the box. Marketing this as a purple tone is ridiculous, I’ve never been one to want a refund for a product but this is the first time where I would actually pursue a refund.

the V2 Dark Intense Violet definitely leaned red on my hair... more like a cherry cola, not violet/purple shade on me. I do like how it made my hair feel in terms of the fruit oils, but I'll return to my usual haircolor which is a cool violet/different brand. It was less expensive than my usual and I wanted to try it, but it's just too red for me, didn't turn out like the examples on the box.

I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy!! I chose the color light intense auburn and my starting color was light brown with some greys here and there. Once I let the color process and got out of the shower, I realized my hair had a horrific orange tint to it (think the color of Chucky’s hair). I tried to just get used to it, but after two days I knew I couldn’t take it anymore. I suspected that the developer had overly bleached my already light hair, and I was right. I used Color Oops and my hair is COMPLETELY orange-blonde. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this product. It should be removed from store shelves at this point.

To say I’m not impressed is an understatement!!!!I have been using this product for years and I love it, but today when I put it on my hair and my whole head was green!! Not happy!!! Luckily when I washed it out it was okay. Might have to change brands now!!!😡

Majorly disappointed
Went into this excited and ended up regretting it. I was in love with the color on the model, and trusted this to work because it clearly says "visible on dark hair" and it's not. My hair remains exactly the same, but with a red scalp, from the dye not a reaction. Because i have so much hair I bought 2 boxes. I wish I could get a refund.

Really happy with this. Warm tones do not look good on my and my water at home keeps making my hair brassy. I'm happy to get an ash brown to keep it cool toned. Hair feels good and the price is right.

It’s reddish not purple!
It says purple hair dye that works over dark hair but my hair came out a reddish color. It’s not hideous but it’s definitely not purple. I wanted purple hair and I’m very upset now I have reddish hair. Not at all like the picture is advertising. You guys need to do better.
